I could not be happier with my whole shingling experience!Right from the beginning, Roadhouse was quick to respond to all my questions/requests. I'm a person who likes ALOT of information when making this type of decision so I asked a ton of questions (30 in one email alone... plus other questions sprinkled throughout my decision process). I did my research (initially contacting 13 different companies for quotes).Roadhouse provided answers to all my questions, explained all the reasoning so that I could understand & make the best possible choice in roofer and options, and did it with a smile!They happily dropped off samples, gave me addresses to go look at, suggested the eavestrough company I ended up using (and am also really happy with) and kept me informed every step of the way.I loved their all-inclusive price too. Many companies quote additional sheets of plywood or vents or drip edges or... a bunch of other options. With Roadhouse, I had no worries about overages and the invoice was exactly the amount quoted. Although they started out looking like a high bidder, when all the extras that I needed were taken into consideration - they weren't high at all. Plus, the attitude and customer service was spectacular (and also included in the price - haha).Cleanup was also impressive. I've walked the perimeter multiple times in different lighting and I found no debris at all. In fact, they swept my patio of even the granuals left from my old shingles so they ended up leaving it cleaner than it was before!Their COVID-caution was also much appreciated. Everytime they came to talk, leave samples or ask questions they'd knock but then back more than 6 feet away so that I'd have room to open the door, come out and close the door (so my pets didn't escape) and still have proper distancing.It's been a week and I've already suggested them to two friends.All in all - friendly, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and great customer service.

Hired Roadhouse Roofing as I taught some of their employees and knew them to be upstanding people. The quote was very reasonable, and the work they did was top notch. Good people, great to deal with.

We just had Roadhouse Roofing come replace our roof and are very pleased with the results. Their quote was reasonable and they provided us with speedy service, completing the whole job in 2 days. Knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this company!

I called Taylor on Thursday about a leak on my 6 suite apartment building. He came out and said he would need a helper to do the repair due to the height of the building. I asked him if he would like to look inside the attic or the suite to determine where the ceiling was leaking. He said no, he could determine where the leak was once he got onto the roof. He called me the next day from the roof to advise that he found where he thought the leak was coming from and quoted a price of $250 including the taxes. I advised him to go ahead if he was confident he had found the source of the leak. He called me later to obtain my credit card information to process his payment of $253.The tenant called after the storm on Saturday to advise that the leak was no longer a drip on the ceiling, but was now damaging the wall of the bathroom as well. I called Taylor back to advise of the leak and he was apologetic and said he could not be out on Monday, but would likely make it out on Tuesday. I called him on Tuesday afternoon to ask him when he could meet me at the apartment. He then informed me that he could take a look, but would have to charge for an inspection?!?!Not impressed with this young man at all...or the company he represents.I have a rental property and my own home that needs shingling - too bad fir him ....he definitely won’t get my business!!!

The people at Roadhouse were wonderful to deal with, from our very first interaction. Taylor was patient with much back and forth on options for our quote. Lines of communication were consistent and open. The crew shared when they would be working on our roof, and were punctual each day. They left our property neat and tidy, and were more than fair in their approach and pricing. Our roof looks beautiful! Roadhouse offers great value for money, and they are wonderful, trustworthy people to work with!

I had Roadhouse come out and replace my shingles and fix some bad spots on my roof and was very happy with the work done. The communication was excellent and the crew was very professional. After the job was completed they left the site very clean. I would highly recommend these guys for any roofing job. Great work!

My first time using this company. I had some shingles fly off in the windstorm this past winter and had them repair/replace the missing shingles. Very easy transaction. Repair was completed in a timely fashion and the repair crew even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company.

Blocked one lane of traffic on Cole Street for a whole day. A professional would unhook the trailer and park their truck beside the curb not impede traffic

An absolutely marvellous company to do business with. Roof replacement was done very professionally. Workers were extremely courteous and meticulous in their work and clean up. Quote was on the nose, no surprises. Highly recommend this company for everything from a small repair to a full roof!
