I have never reacted to gel (I used gel 2 years before using Le Manoir), but maybe a month after using their gel, my nails started itching so much that I basically couldn’t sleep. My skin was peeling off and bubbles were forming inside of my fingers. I contacted Le Manoir to inform them of the situation (with pictures included), and they just responded with a generic message saying that I didn’t use their product correctly and sending me a tutorial on how to use their product (which I already followed by the book), that I won’t wear again anyways. I then asked for a refund or compensation, knowing that I spent a total of 200$ on their product and my health got affected by their products, but they said they can’t because it’s been more than 15 days (but other clients got refunded way past 15 days, which makes absolute no sense). There shouldn’t be a refund deadline if it affects your health knowing that it takes time to consult a doctor and diagnose what’s happening. I just feel so disrespected as a client. Do not buy their products. It will ruin your nails for months and their responses to customer care is poor and disrespectful.

No need to say that Le Manoir have lost alot of people’s trust with the way they are handling things. First of all, customer service is a complete mess. They refunded some customers their money back for everything they bought, yet when the article was out hunderds more came to realize what was happening to their nails. They then refused to issue refunds with THE SAME concerns and responding with one generic reply to everyone. It almost feels like they don’t care and don’t wanna even listen. Also, Le Manoir deleted their response to the Journal from their Instagram page after hundreds of comments saying it also happened to them. Shame on you! You lost someone who used to be a loyal client. And no, I have been doing my nails for years and this is not normal. Own it..

I used to love getting my manicures here. They have a ‘cool girl’ aesthetic and they’re one of the rare places that doesn’t use electric tools. But I wish I’d never trusted them for laser hair removal. After my 2nd session I was left with serious laser burns. The scarring is visible months later and likely will leave permanent marks.When I called to report this, the response was unsympathetic and unsatisfactory. I felt like they didn’t care that they had permanently (or semi-permanently) disfigured my body.Although I never had issues with my manicures, I no longer trust the competence of their technicians.

Came in for my laser hair removal today with the lovely esthetician, Gabrielle. Over all, compared to other places I've been for the same treatment, this was the best experience I've ever had. Gabrielle was so sweet and understanding. She reassured me and answered my questions. Everything about this place is amazing. The ambiance, the staff, the price. Would highly recommend!

I went there for a first visit and I was impressed by the customer service. The employees made me feel at ease and are very polite. I love the one-stop shop concept, you can literally get your outfit there. The premises are beautifully decorated and very clean. They also have a wide selection of products that you can purchase which is great. In my initial review, I had given 2 stars, because I was under the impression that the prices were quite high without understand why exactly. The owner reached out to me and explained to me the reality of the esthetic industry. She told me that they try to get the best products for their customers and those products happen to be very expensive. Also in order to retain the best staff members possible, she gives them advantages which also are very costly. I really appreciate that she took the time to get in touch with me; it shows that customer satisfaction is important to them.

Very clean, very chic and trendy, and friendly staff. However, as much as I love my manicure, I was not expecting it to come up to $105 (with taxes). That’s the only downside and not so great thing I have to say. All I had was a French tip. They charge $60 for the manicure itself, and charge an extra $30 for the design you want, which sadly to me is, a rip off. I will be going back as I love the colour selection and service, but NOT for a nail design lol, just a solid colour.

I love going to Le Manoir. Every person who works there, receptionist, facialist, manicurist and everything in between, is friendly and professional. I always get an immaculate manicure at Le Manoir; going elsewhere is utterly disappointing. The salon is impeccably clean. I go to Le Manoir for mani’s, pedi’s, laser hair removal and facials.

Julie did my laser hair removal, and it was honestly amazing and effective! I had initially started my laser at the ten spot, but the treatment wasn’t working at all and it was so expensive. I switched to le manoir and Julie was absolutely amazing, she’s an expert! I seriously recommend laser with Julie to all of my friends!

Only place I trust in Montreal for my gel manicure - My nails have never been so healthly & strong!Also do laser hair removal where the process has been so smooth and effective - 10/10 all around

Great nail salon. They have a special treatment for weak nails called Bio-sculpture that helps the nails grow stronger.
