Recently had all my windows replaced with Elit-tech. Jay's straightforward and pleasant to work with. He's always available to answer questions and stays on top of organizing the details from the estimate to the final installation. The team that installed the windows was very efficient, and prompt, and did a great job overall. Great work, guys!.

I had a wonderful experience with Elit Tech. They changed 15 windows, my front door, and added a patio door at the back of the house, and everything went flawlessly. Jay and his team provided excellent service and the installation was quick and well done. Jay spent a lot of time advising me on what specific windows to get to fit my need, and followed up throughout the process to ensure the work is to my liking. The installer, Pavel, in his own right, is a great person to work with and did a fantastic job.Overall, I strongly recommend Elit Tech for any window, front door or patio door work.

So after a phenomenal experience getting my roof done we hired them to replace some windows and doors. They again did not disappoint. From getting the quote to the last bead of silicone it was a smooth journey of home improvement. The sales team listens to what you want and the install team is just amazing. They were hard working, clean, conscientious and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The sales team was very responsive and knowledgeable and friendly. They were present from start to finish and easy to reach for questions and service. Overall a very good experience with the installation of metal roof and complete replacement of doors and windows. Installation team was very friendly and attention to detail. Elit Tech just finished installing our roof and we are beyond impressed and satisfied. The crew was very professional and worked very quickly. They completed the entire project in less than 2 days. The end result is beautiful and we will not have to worry about replacing the roof for at least 50 years. Finally, the price was unbeatable, it was the best deal on the market. I cannot praise this company enough. I had developed several leaks in the fall and was not able to find a company available to do the work prior to Spring 2023. As luck would have it, Jay(Co-Owner) was passing by as he was doing work in the area and stopped to talk as he noticed my roof was beyond tired. I would normally cringe at the thought of a salesman approaching me, but this ended up being a blessing in disguise. He provided me a quote, documentation and nearby references. I took the opportunity to review the documentation and decided to go and see the work and speak with the homeowners. They had nothing but good things to say about Jay, Gordon(Co-Owner),the product and the service that they received. They managed to get my failing roof done before winter within weeks of signing a contract(and it would have been done a week sooner if I was available). My installers (Alex and Bill) are consummate professionals. Their attention to detail was well above and beyond any other contractors that I have ever dealt with before. They showed up when they said they would and worked well into many evenings. Once complete, Alex informed me that they were done, but that he had run out of Silicone on the last piece of flashing on my chimney. He said that he would be back the following day after 4pm. Low and behold the following day, Alex fought afternoon traffic from the island of Montreal to get to my house on the south shore with nothing more than 2 tubes of Silicone to spend 10 minutes to complete the job as he had promised. He then asked me to walk around and point out anything I was concerned with or questioned....Which I had no concerns/questions. Service like this doesn't exist anymore. Since the completion I have become accustomed to my neighbors and passers by inquiring on and complimenting the roof. It is by far the nicest on my street. My only regret is not having this done the last time my roof was re-shingled in 2006-2007.Prior to meeting Jay, I had done my homework when it came to metal roofs, and I have seen other metal roof installers in my area do similar model houses, but no-where near this quality of work. They would use no membrane, and only 1 layer of horizontal strapping(vs 2 layers), omit the ridge vent leaving the maxi-vent/s, and not include snow-dams.I can assure anyone reading this that I could/would not have been this satisfied with a finished product from any other manufacturer/installer.
