Store hours said 8 AM, was there at just after 730 am, was open. person in the store was super polite sold me the part (putty to fix a window in place) and showed me what to do. 10/10 would go again this place.

Single lady who is a new owner of a small trailer, so I was nervous about taking my unit in due to a water leak. Got a call two days later that it was a coupling...$120.00!!! What a relief! Terry is good, quick and didn’t take advantage of the situation.

I had a small accident with my motorhome that resulted in broken sewer pipe and dump valves, while traveling between Edmonton and Vancouver. Terry at Backroads RV did a fantastic and speedy repair that got me back on my way. I was impressed at his professionalism, and although I was desperate enough to not care about the cost, his charges were more than reasonable. Furthermore, the dump valve are better quality and more accessible than the original parts. Highly recommend.

Backroads RV was recommended to me by the person who sold us the RV. I needed a fifth wheel hitch installed in my Ford F350. The workmanship was obvious but it was not until I actually towed the 5600K GVW that I realized that Terry and his crew were professionals. The truck was balanced evenly with the fifth wheel attached. Excellent Job Terry and your crew, Thanks.

Our power converter blew , no power! Called around to all rv stores in kamloops, they all said 4-5 weeks before they could look at our rig. Phoned terry and 4 hrs later he fixed it ! Fantastic service! Thank you. Totally recommend back road rv !

Terry (owner) was exceptional in his mannerism and professionalism.We were passing by and noticed our hot water was not working and he fit us in for a quick look and fix. He changed the fuse and it burned out, something I would have not figured out on my ownHe saved our family trip and I could not have been happier with his service.Thanks Terry
