Best pet store in the Niagara region! Mike and Jenn are so knowledgeable and truly recommend the top products for you dog within your budget. Lots of Canadian and American made products too. Worth the visit to downtown St. Catharines. Highly recommended!

Little Chief is such a well run company! Mike provides phenomenal customer service all of the time. The staff are super friendly, super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They carry amazing raw products that most pet stores do not offer. One of my favorite places to shop for the dogs!

The man with the glasses and goatee driving the black van was as having a conversation with a bmw driver on a turning light i had to honk at him to move on the. He proceeded to cut me off TWICE on the 406 while looking back at me and staring. You don’t know that you’re representing a company on the road? I don’t enjoy posting this giving and giving a bad rating but learn how to drive.

This store is absolutely AMAZING. The staff are soo helpful and really go above and beyond to help your animals. My dog had a lot of food sensitivities and the staff walked me through a gut healing protocol that worked wonders for him. I know I can contact them with any questions or concerns and they are always happy to help. I love the products they sell and I know that everything I purchase there is high quality. I really only have good things to say about Little Chief & Co. Would definitely recommend checking them out!!

The two people working were so helpful and kind! We picked out a worm toy for our little pup and it has been her favourite thing since! Hasn’t showed any sign of breaking and she’s really put it through the wringer. Highly recommend stopping in for a chat and some goodies!

Couldn’t imagine how appreciative I am that we have this local business in town. The owner couple have already helped my dog getting healthier and healthier. They shared their knowledge of choosing correct food and supplements for your dog. And never push you buying stuffs that is not necessary. I love their local delivery service as well. Me and dog will keep supporting this fantastic store as how they support us.

I love Little Chiefs! The staff are extremely friendly and always make great recommendations. All of the products I have purchased have been high quality and have held up well:) I also really appreciate that all of the treats and chews they sell are high quality and have simple, healthy ingredients.

I love this little store. The quality of natural dog food is fantastic. My dogs love it and have started eating less do to proper nutrients. The staff are incredible and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable on their products and what it can do for your extended family. You just have to visit this little shop and see for yourself.
