Good last minute service. Dropped off on Friday for monday afternoon pickup to be pressed only. Called ahead Monday morning to ensure my son's suit would be ready for 3pm. Arrived at 3, suit was done but had not been bagged. Given the short turn around I requested, I didn't mind waiting a few minutes for pick up.

Great cleaner. First time using Kent Cleaners and brought men’s suit to be cleaned. Knew button on pants was a bit loose and was going to fix when I got it home. To my surprise button was fixed. Will use this dry cleaner all the time. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

Was able to do same day when we called ahead, got our drycleaning done in time for the wedding! Great service, really happy with them

Do not go here. Dropped off wedding dress end of October. Was supposed to be ready 15 november. Went in end of December and wanted to speak to manager about my dress and why noone had contacted me yet. It is now march 2019 and i had to call again and manager still would do nothing for me for all the hassel and time. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I have a jacket that I got 2 years ago and I thought it was worn on the cuffs and other edges. Took it in but I figured it would be just okay when I got it back. I know the term looks like new" is over used but that is exactly how I felt when I took it out of the plastic. Wow! I got my jacket back in pristine condition and they had it ready when they said they did. Also

Kents does a great Job at making sure the customer is happy and that the Job is done right. I recently had a Wedding Dress cleaned and it came back looking like new.

This review isn't a review on quality, more on customer service, or lack there of. I had originally dropped off my wife's wedding dress in early July to be cleaned after our wedding. They gave me a due date of the end of August. They let me know they'd give me a call when it was ready.After a few calls to the store over the next few months, I finally was told the dress was ready in late December. This meant what was initially supposed to be a job that took a little over a month, took almost 6 months. The most frustrating thing is the expectations were never clearly stated it could take this long, and any communication after drop off was initiated by me. It took me calling the store to find out the dress was done, despite them stating they'd reach out to me when it was ready.The staff is friendly, and the work is done well, but I have a hard time recommending a store with such poor communication skills, and due dates that can't be met.We weren't in a position to need the dress right away, but for many people, waiting almost 6 months for one dry cleaned item isn't acceptable, especially when it's not what was originally discussed.

If you use this place, or washomat (I think owned by same people).. do so at your own risk! (And don't bring anything you care about)I went to the Charlotte branch of washomat to get a high end comforter cleaned... I paid for the item to get washed and a seam fixed... (almost cost same as to buy a new but a normal comforter set) then I got a call stating they couldn't wash it until the seam was fixed and they couldn't get the seam fixed unless it was cleaned...so I paid for them to get it dry cleaned through their services... they chose to use their compamy...kent cleaners... and I left explicit instructions before handing it to them that if they couldn't fix it properly then to leave it and I'd have it fixed right... they got it dry cleaned and then the seam was sewn... poorly!!!... the sew job was such poor quality that I could have done better myself and I am not good at sewing!... They used what looked like a football stitch with green coarse thread (fishing line?) on a high end shiny gold coloured silk/satin imported duvet!!!!That's incompetence in my opinion!In short, they ruined it!!!And nowhere in peterborough sells anything of the quality that this particular comforter is, as it was brought to Canada by a friend who bought it from overseas!They know they damaged the comforter possibly beyond repair as I returned there to complain about it... yet they said there isnothing they can do...they could have replaced it... not cheap but that would have been the right thing to do and businesses like that are supposed to have insurance for stuff like that!! There is hundreds of tiny holes where their thick needle (created holes and) went through making the football stitch yet it has now been weeks and no one has contacted me about it since...Anyone that knows fabrics knows that the finer the thread the finer the needle needed to sew it!

We phoned ahead to ensure our dry cleaning would be ready in time. We dropped off our items and everything was ready as promised. Friendly staff ready to help.
