Shoppers Drug Mart

Called to ask about a specific aircast, was told they had what I needed for my daughter. Trying to support local I drove 40 minutes but they had nothing close. We live in Alberta and I wanted a closed toe air cast...... nothing fancy. Next time listen to your caller as I will not be back.

Till at the front was set to self checkout and as I was pulling out my phone to scan my PC optimum card Colleen (I think) came up and started taking over, asked for my PC optimum and continued to back out of the screen I was on scanned it and then agressively asked cash or card and picked print receipt for me without asking (I always get it emailed). Gave me my stuff and left. If you're going to have the till on self checkout then let me do it myself or at the very least ask if I'd like her to finish the transaction for me. I was caught off guard and found it disrespectful.

Nov. 3 2022 Tried to renew prescription was told I wasn't able to there was 4 days left for prescription. Which I informed them I take 2 pills a day bottle said 60 pills and missed a couple days so they must have shorted me (not first time of running short) and I was told no they double count so that is not possible. The meds are not anything that would be sold they are useless unless you have ADHD and at the strength I take I'd get really sick if I took extra. But the person on the phone was not interested in refilling for 4 days. I won't be back to shoppers and would refer anyone to guardian drugs as MJ was more then accommodating. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get prescription filled.
