Terrible service in Erin mills branch. made false promise on interest rate , cancelled my appointment with stupid excise. To open an account I had to come back and forth. Absolutely garbage . Hopefully my money is safe.

Raj (Financial Services Officer) was knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. He knew how to redeem a cashable GIC early (before its maturity date), and reinvest it in a higher interest vehicle. He was able to match the GIC rate of another bank (Saven Financial) to offer us a 5 year GIC for 5.15 percent.If you go in branch, he and other staff have the discretion to offer better rates than you'll find online or via their call centre.In summary, friendly, knowledgeable service with a smile, great rates. Highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars.

Got my mortgage 5 years ago was very happy back then. When i came back for renewal, it was the worst service I have received ever. Nothing was done and addressed for over a month. You can talk to them when they want you business, you would never be able to talk to them if you have any issue!!!

I received excellent service at this branch.I am a new member and came by the branch without an appointment and quite unexpectedly to set everything up. They were quite busy but still went out of their way to ensure that I all my needs were met and questions answered. They had that family" connection going which is why I'm switching everything to them!"

Tried setting up a business account here and it was the most frustrating experience just dealing with staff.Over the course of 3 weeks I had been calling and emailing trying to have someone help me set up an appointment so I could finalize my account application. There were no replies to my emails, and any time I called nobody was available. They would take down my information each time, but it took 3 weeks to finally get a call back.Today I received a call from the individual that would be taking care of my account, but in order to proceed, he needed to send me an email. He attempted to email me 3 times but was unable to correctly take down my email each time. So as it stands, I am no further along to setting up an account than I was 3 weeks ago.About an hour ago I ended up calling CIBC. Within 2 minutes I was connected to a lady who set up an appointment for me. I am going in tomorrow to finalize things.Duca looks to have really great packages for business accounts, but based on the service alone I would skip them in favor of other options. They seem incredibly slow and incompetent. Not the kind of people I want handling my businesses finances.

Been a customer for about 6-7 yrs now, staff is very friendly and helpful. Not a busy place so it's easier and faster to transact. They have good products, sometimes promotion for savings account with high interest rate with not having to lock the funds and that's very helpful.

Extremely rude tellers (two women). Very shocking considering we have one European account & were requesting to open another, plus purchase €2900 additionally.Unsure how they typically conduct business, but no other bank or exchange would treat their customer(s) so rudely.We will re-think where we have our accounts going forward, and may also move our current accounts too.

I have been their customer for a long time. I found the customer phone service is really bad. I never waited this long any of other bank and I waited 20 minuts and they just cut me off last time too. They need to improve customer service.
