This is the most epic parking spot around. They have rats! They have mice! THEY PROBABLY HAVE MUTATED RATS! If your lucky you can catch the daily showdown around 4:00 on Saturdays, where one rat will fight another. I always cheer for my boy Johnny, he's the really big lad with one hell of a set of chompers on him. Ain't no parking spot as lit as this one, trust me.10/10 would park again
