I find the owner of the store to be very abrasive sometimes and lacks customer service skills. Hard to get help the store is not open for many hours and is closed for periods of 1-2 weeks. My best advise purchase your marklin trains from elsewhere like online Modellbahnshop lippe or AC Euro Trains in the US. I am very relucted at buying anything more from this store.

I purchased products from ERH multiple times online, and interacted with the staff on the phone or through emails, and I have always found the service & delivery excellent.Looking forward to write a review at your future location :)

First time I was in this store was just after it opened, the owner was very smug and rude he insulted me because I own digitrax equipment which in his eyes is sub par, I recently entered the store and was discriminated against due to a disability, the owners are ignorant and are guilty of human rights violations. I have been dealing with hobby stores for decades and I have never been so disgusted or insulted in all my life.

I went with three stars to average my experience with Eurorail Hobbies. From their website and the ordering process, I give them five stars. From visiting their store, I give them one star. I have long wanted to visit their store and I have seen on their website that they occasionally close for long periods of time to process shipments. I have two little boys and a wife, so visiting a hobby shop 1,400 miles and 21 hours from home is not something I can just do on a Tuesday afternoon. However, due to a long story, I was able to plan a road trip in that direction for the summer of 2018. I decided it would be a perfect time to visit their store. I called them in February of 2018 and told them I wanted to visit and asked if the first week of July would work. I was told that it would be no problem at all and they looked forward to seeing me. I made my plans, reserving rooms in advance along the way and in Canada and couldn't wait for July to come! Finally, the first week of July came around and O drove the fourteen hundred miles, crossed the border, made my way to Summerland, parked near the store and with much excitement, finally approached the door to the actual Eurorail Hobbies! I was very excited! The door was locked and there was a sign that read DUE TO LARGE SHIPMENT WE RECEIVED WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR THIS WEEK AND NEXT WEEK. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. ERH"I cannot express to you my disappointment. Rarely in my adult life do I feel such disappointment. But then

Placed my first order some months ago. Went pretty smoothly. Only thing I would like to see is a real-time shopping cart and confirmation with shipping. I understand how it can be tricky to calculate shipping at time of purchase, but this is something that should be looked into. Owner is friendly and helpful!

Amazing store layout and customer service. My wife and I spent a hour in there today in awe at all the amazing products, kits and accessories...was nice to see such passion and dedication to the hobby... we will definitely be back!

I haven't physically been to this location but they're absolutely wonderful with online shopping. I hope to visit some day, love their website.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences ordering from this store over the past years. Always prompt and courteous service and all my Faller sets have arrived in perfect condition. Excellent selection too.
