Walkers Medical Centre Walk-In Clinic

Wait time is quick if you go at the right time of day. The three star rating is because of the rude receptionist I talked to on the phone today. She kept interrupting me and would barely let me talk, I felt like I was being rushed. All I wanted was the contact info for an ENT one of the doctors referred me to, but I swear I was interrupted as least five times before I could even finish my sentence. Do better.

Update : even after waiting 30 minutes just to get these results it was still lacklustre. It was like pulling teeth just to get more information about the result. Very little care just mediocrity.This is the local clinic near us and its pretty lackluster and not at all engaging. They have narrower hours of phone operation and close the clinic earlier to patients than what is publicly listed. Which frankly, doesn't help provide effective service OR get answers to your questions. I got a referral to get an ultrasound done and its been almost two weeks and the Dr. hasn't gotten back to me to discuss the results. If you're just looking for a no frills walk-in clinic this is probably for you. If you're looking for a more caring, engaging or professional clinic for your healthcare needs you may need to go elsewhere. Parking is limited and there is a pharmacy inside the waiting room.

I was told the wait was going to be an hour. I’ve been here for 3…. And I was skipped over several times by people who had arrived after me. There were ants and dirty tissues on the ground in the lobby. And now that I’ve made it into the final waiting room there is a dirty cotton swab on the floor and I’ve been in here for 30 mins. Should have just waited for other clinics to open in the area. Very disappointed

No doctor present.Walk in open till 5pm but doctor has already gone home at 3:30pmCall and go, if you ever go here. I am not.

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Sarsam for 19 years. He has always been very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. He is extremely patient and listens to all your concerns. He addresses every matter and is always willing to investigate further if needed. This has always been comforting for us. His head nurse is absolutely amazing and I truly value her. The front staff are always friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and clinic. We are beyond grateful for everyone at Walkers Medical Clinic.

Dr. Rahimpour, Raoufeh is one of the most thoughtful doctor I’ve ever met. She was so thorough with my daughter and gave me a call to check up on her later in the evening, never had that experience from a walk in dr. So caring, very much appreciated.

The best walk-in clinic in Oakville. Rarely ever a wait time, lots of seating, friendly receptionists, nurses, and doctors. All staff members are very accommodating to patients needs. The clinic runs efficiently and the doctors have great bedside manners.

Dr. Mah is my family doctor and I always appreciate his care. He takes time to get to know you and answer any questions you have about your health. I can trust I am getting the best healthcare, I feel heard and comfortable enough to ask when I need help.

Receptionist was very rude , told me they close at 3 when hours are posted until 4 and shut the door in my face. Will not be recommending this place.

We have been patients of Dr Sarsam for many years, and I couldn't imagine seeing another doctor! Head Nurse Lynn and the Pharmacy are an added bonus to an always great office visit. We appreciate them more than they know!
