Grant and his partner came out to our house in Oakbank this morning to clean our ducts. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, their friendly attitude, and their knowledge about our HVAC and HRV systems.Grant explained everything that they were doing in advance, and why. He offered many tips about how we could maintain our indoor air quality, and took the time to answer all of our questions.In terms of the actual work performed, we felt they did a very thorough job, and were very respectful of our house. They even went ahead and changed our furance filter for us (we had an extra) and cleaned our HRV filter as well. We also appreciated the fact that they fully cleaned up after themselves when they were done.We highly recommend Emerald if you need your ducts cleaned.

A HUGE thank you to Emerald Carpet and Duct Cleaning! They were super responsive with getting back to me with an inquiry (I emailed late the night before and I had a response early the next morning)! They came out to assess my laundry dryer vent that needed cleaning out, quoted the job (which was extremely reasonable) and had the job finished in no time at all. I will definitely be recommending this company for duct and vent cleaning for those asking!
