Was passing by from Manitoba to Québec. Had a tire exploded and the team help me really fast du the circumstances (I had to rush to quebec asap). Little over price but I can't complain as I could leave in the hour I came

Stopped in with an emergency tire change on a transport today (Saturday). One other truck was waiting to be serviced and we were told two hours to get service... Meanwhile all of the service people were in the lunch room talking and no work was being done.. We had no choice but to leave and hope for the best as we had a schedule and could not wait for that kind of sloth behavior.

On April Fools Day this year, on my way from Sudbury to Geraldton, my vehicle was shaking like a wet dog. My tires were installed by Kal Tire in Sudbury, which includes ongoing free balancing.I stopped at Kal Tire in Hearst around 2 PM, and I was treated like royalty. The service advisors were very kind to me despite my irritation, and they whisked my F-150 into a service bay only 1/2 hour after I arrived. Less than an hour later, the job was done and I was on my way with a truck that stopped rattling my brain.Excellent service, excellent attitude, excellent customer experience all around.I highly recommend Kal Tire for all your service and tire needs! Thanks, guys!

They did a good job, they were knowledgeable and friendly. I was also very happy that I was able to make it to Calgary and back to Toronto without that tire falling off so obviously they did a good job

Great people, very accommodating, especially when it was nearly time for them to go home. My issue with them is, I went there to get a drive tire repaired and they said it couldn't be fixed. I asked them to fix it to get me home because I have 8 brand new ones in storage. They said it's too bad to fix so they sold me a brand new tire. I brought my old tire back home with me and took it to the tire shop I normally go to, to get their opinion. My tire shop shook their head in disbelief that they didn't fix the tire. The tire was repaired and I'm back on the road and have a brand new tire that I don't need.I guess someone had to pay for their turkey dinner.

There aren't enough stars to express my gratitude to the Hearst Kal Tire team!! I had recently purchased a used F350 and ran into de issues while driving from Calgary to New Brunswick. From the moment I called to the very end, every employee was very courteous and listened to my issues I had with the truck. Once the truck was inside, the mechanic Pascal did a very thorough inspection of the truck and called me to explain about his findings. He had found some serious things that weren't even related to my initial issue that required some immediate attention. After the work was complete, Pascal showed me the worn parts that were replaced. Even Tim at the front desk was very good at going over the work order and explaining all of the associated cost which i was pleased with! A big Big thank you to the team at Kal Tire Hearst!!

Great service! Called ahead to see if they could fit in a tire repair and they told us to come on in. Dropped it off and went to run some errands. Could have waited there as they have a nice seating area. Greeted as I walked in. I really liked that. Was made to feel welcome.

On our way back to Toronto from Thunder Bay we ended up with a nail in our truck tire. We were pulling our 40 foot trailer so not a fun trip. We stopped in Hearst to get the tire fixed and ended up at Kal Tire. Turns out the guy who stopped to help us on the side of the road cross threaded one of the lug nuts. We were very lucky we made it there safely. Staff were able to not only get that issue fixed, they also repaired our tire. They could have (and we expected) them to sell us a new tire and a huge bill for the labour. Instead, we had a repaired tire which made it to our destination and a very modest bill!! Nice to see a business that does not take advantage of customers who are in need.
