I ordered Potato Pizza yesterday and a staff asked me to come back in 15 minutes. When I went back to pick up my Pizza, another staff told me to come back in 10 minutes as it was not ready. Finally when I went back, they told me that they gave my Pizza to another customer and I need to wait another 5 minutes as they are making my Pizza now. They simply told me that they were confused and didn't even apologize!! What is more frustrating is that they were making Pesto Pizza even though I ordered Potato Pizza. When I asked why they are not making Potato pizza, they said it is not available. If it is not available, they should have informed me when I placed the order. When I asked why I was not informed of when I placed the order, the staff who took my order told me that she didn't know as she doesn't work at the Pizza department!!!! What is worst is when I finally got my Pesto" Pizza and tried to eat at home

I ordered a cake from the bakery here last minute for a birthday party, just 24 hours notice and it ended up being one of the best tasting cakes I've ever had, no joke. I received lots of compliments. It was a strawberry shortcake cake. Absolutely delicious!

Great food store with lots of nice meat, and cheese to choose from! Nice selection of biscuits and there is even a floral shop too! If I'm back in that direction, I'll definately stop back in!

Always a great selection of fresh produce. And decent selection of vegan alternatives that seem to sell out quickly. Small enough store that it is still quaint and comfortable to walk through. Deliveries were top notch, every time.

Longo - This Longo store always provide the fresh food, vegetable, fruit, meat and seafood. The bakery section also has daily baked product. All the common grocery can be found. The dairy section is always stock up. There is also fast food section, that you can grab a quick lunch like hot sandwich, chicken leg, sushi and salad.

The lady at the customer service center with the name Raisa was very rude today. She was not helpful at all. She was in a customer service role and with a very arrogant attitude towards customer, she was not suitable for her job at all.

This place has the best produce. The best antipasto items. One of the best bakeries. A lot of amazing specialty items that make cooking special. Great meal prep kits that have really unique items you're not getting at most grocery stores. They have amazing catering. They have a small international sections for Asian and Caribbean items too. A fantastic deli and artesian cheese section that is hard to beat .... Which now includes an entire plant based cheese/deli section with premium product lines like Violife and Gusta. This just goes to show they're not only in tune with the market place, but don't sacrifice quality. The service is great too. When I needed to find something last week the Meat Dept Manager went out of his way to help me search the entire store for it even though it wasn't even something in his dept.....and we found it! I LOVE this place. Thanks for being an amazing team with amazing food.
