YXE Estate Services were fantastic! They were professional and reliable. We hired them to downsize and remove the contents in a suite of a family member who moved to personal care. They showed so much respect in terms of the situation and handled the selling and/or removal of the items with respect and approached the services they provided with an understanding that these items were cherished by the family member and the family but couldn't be moved with them.They were an absolute godsend. There's no way we could have done the work they did in the short turn around time they did it in. They took care of everything; the sale of the items, donating and disposing of what couldn't be sold and cleaning the suite so that it was move in ready for the next tenant. They also reached out to the landlord ahead of time to let them know how the sale in the suite would be conducted and ensured they followed COVID - 19 guidelines.We were so impressed and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future and/or recommend them to family and friends.

I was at the Saskatoon estate sale on June 17th and witnessed some of the most disgusting behavior I've ever seen at a sale. I witnessed a lady push another lady to purchase some furniture, and then there was a huge commotion. I can't believe that someone was allowed to push someone out of the way and not be removed from the sale. There needs to be a better way to prevent this from happening in the future

Nick & the rest of their team are wonderfully nice and friendly people! They host incredible estate sales with insanely good and well priced items. We went to an estate sale this weekend (June 24th) and we ended up purchasing two vintage armchairs, two beautiful area rugs, a DVD player, a 5 CD stereo with three speakers, a lovely little wooden hutch with a skeleton key, and 3 sets of stunning vintage gold necklaces. All of it was perfect almost pristine condition and it cost us $260, when we went to pick up our arm chairs today (June27) we also got a beautiful vintage wooden three drawer couch table for $40 (originally $280 down to $140 down to $40) the price went down since they were packing up the last of the unsold items for donation so we REALLY got a steal. I almost feel bad for such a low price on a stunning item. I am ever so grateful to Nick for the markdown, we are in the process of moving so this estate sale was lucky for us. All of the items amounted to $300 which is what ONE of the arm chairs would’ve cost had it been sold by a reseller or by a vintage and antiques store. I signed up for their newsletter and so should you, they are an amazing and very professional group. I look forward to going to more of their sales and events!

Nich and his team are life savers! My parent’s who are in their 90s recently moved out of their very large home and the sheer size & scope of clearing it out was overwhelming to us. The crew was totally unfazed by the task and did an incredible job. Nich understands how difficult this can be and was very sensitive with regard to my family's situation. He explained the process so well and really put us ( my parents in particular) at ease. He was easy to communicate with and always available to answer my many questions It was a huge relief to be able to hand everything over to them without a worry. Everyone I know who attended the sale commented on how organized and professional the staff were and noted that they really seemed to care about my family’s treasured possessions. Words cannot express how grateful my family & I are to everyone at Transitions and we recommend them very highly. Many thanks once again - you are all amazing!

Nich and the team at YXE Services were incredible. We gave them very little notice to help clear out our parents' house prior to the sale closing, and they went above and beyond! They were extremely responsive, and moved mountains (and furniture) to get everything done. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about Nich's handling of our estate sale in Saskatoon. We live out of the province so relied on Nich and his team to take care of everything, all of which was done professionally, with courtesy and excellent communication throughout the process. They took care of cleaning so the house was ready for the new owners and even helped us out by delivering a car to a shipping terminal. Nich was a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

This service was extremely helpful for our family. With busy lives, living out of town and being on lock down for extended periods of time it was difficult to help Mom as much as we wanted prior to her move. Nicholas was extremely helpful and sensitive to Mom’s needs. Her house was left empty and spotless for the new owners on possession day.I would highly recommend this business!

Transitions Estate Services in Saskatoon provided excellent service during a stressful time. They were friendly, accommodating and efficient. They were able to handle a big job on a tight time frame. They went above and beyond by disposing my household hazardous waste, shredding documents and were flexible when I needed to change the dates of their service. The owner Nich was friendly and warm and explained all his services and company procedures thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone downsizing or moving in the Saskatoon area.
