After having narrowed my Google search to two Immigration offices, I ended up deciding for the VisaPlace. I had an application for a waiver for inadmissibility into the States to do (the I-192 with September Letter) and I was coming from a bad experience with previous lawyers.After my first review of their website, it gave me the impression that it was a bit too corporate and big for my own style, and I realized that it was just what I needed. At first glance, Efficiency, is all I could see! Thanks Frank, because from our first consultation, you made me feel confident that this was something you guys could help me with. And, from then on, Preejo and Alexa, and towards the end, Madison, took me by the hand through every step of the process, and Fadi for representing me. I felt the whole team was a cohesive force that I could trust. Always responsive and communicative, reassuring and patient, after pouring my heart to them, they led me till the end with everything that was necessary to make it a strong and successful application. I was confused on the process for immigrating to Canada to be with my husband (who was born and lives in Québec). During the consultation, they were able to give me a list of my options and how the process works. They answered all my questions and respond back quickly when I had questions. Communications by email and phone calls plus they were extremely professional and reasonably priced. They allowed me to check over to make sure everything was correct before submitting my application. I would highly recommend their service my husband and I are really glad we chose them to help us be together in Canada.

This is a scam company. These people are very rude, unprofessional, and lack expertise in immigration law. I wonder how they are still in business. Please pick another firm.

This review is almost certainly going to get deleted because Visaplace cares a lot about their public image and somehow they only have five star reviews. I spent the past four months working with Visaplace, hoping to immigrate from Canada to the United States with my fiance. They told me the entire time, from start to finish that we could proceed with the case even if we hadn't met each other in person, which we haven't due to the pandemic, and that they have done several cases like this already. We went through with it, paid a heft amount of money for their best service, only to receive little to no communication, no updates, and throughout our time with them they frequently got information about my fiance and I wrong, asked us the same questions over and over, and would constantly ask us to resend emails. We expected far better from what was supposed to be their best service. Then, after several months of not receiving any substantial update from Visaplace, they told us that we could not proceed with the case until we had met each other in person, despite the fact that they insisted that we didn't have to. We would not have gone forward at all if this was the case at the start. I asked for a refund, fully understanding that I would likely not get all of my money back, if any. I was told that I cannot get a refund, that after two weeks I cannot receive any refund no matter what (which wasn't on my contract), and there was nothing they could do other than offer credit if I chose to pursue another service from them. It was a huge waste of time, I was scammed out of thousands of dollars, all for nothing. Do not work with Visaplace, it looks great on the outside, but inside it is an extremely unprofessional company that will mislead you and scam you.

My husband and I have been in the process of immigrating him from Canada to the United States. It has taken, just at 4 years for the entire process. He has just received his approval and visa to finally come here. If I had to do it over again, I would use VisaPlace again. From the first phone call to the last document needed They have been there for us. I want to thank especially Ksenia, Sasha and Preejo for assisting us through this difficult process for the last 4 years. We thank you so much. We can finally move on with our lives. VisaPlace came highly recommended for our E-1 Treaty Trader Visa with the US and they did not disappoint! The team gave us clear and specific instructions on what we needed to do and they did the rest. As you will find, the process of obtaining a visa is not very straightforward and if you have tried to do it on your own, I'm sure it was painful and probably unsuccessful. These guys live and breathe the visa process and it was abundantly clear that they knew what they were doing. Everything they predicted with workload and timelines was accurate, even with the uncertainties with COVID-19. I would strongly recommend going with VisaPlace for your visa needs. It is money well spent!

Hmmm. I can't say much but I got refused when they applied on my behalf for my student visa. I did it myself and successful. For me, I'll say apply for the student visa yourself. IRCC made the processes clear and when you follow it will be a success for you. God get your back

You get a good value from Visaplace. My student visa, my daughters’ sp minor visas, and my mother’s tourist visa were all approved this year. They were quick and professional on handling our case. I would like to thank Krisztina Toth and Zainab Jamal for making these things happen.
