Thus place was awesome to deal with. I turned to them after a poor experience with another company and they were great from the first phone call to the last phone call. Inna in the office and Konstantin my installer made the whole process of replacing my pool liner painless and enjoyable. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Toronto Pool services is the worst company & will steal your money. They will give you quote with out measurement & after that will change the quote half way thru. They drained water so much from my pool, in the winter due to snow weight on top of the cover, cover got ripped off.NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES!I have to edit my review based on your response.March you gave us a quote $3958.08+Tax & in June $4108.08 +Tax. I oked June quote. Pool measured by other company is 14X32, Your measurements are way off 17x33(unprofessional). When i said I want to install liner next year then you decided to double the price & you send email with $7673.16 before that you were fine with old price to install even thou pool size is bigger. What kind of joke is this. IS CALLED RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER. ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE UPSET WITH YOUR SERVICE & GIVING THEIR OPINION.

Service is so bad they will only ruin your pool and charge you exorbitant money. Their quote has a clause that can change quote price any time. NO TRUST AT ALL!!! Called this company after receiving a quote for a job for $2000 for replacing my two return water lines. Spoke with Anna who gave me a quote for $1200. I went ahead with work.The service staffed arrived on time and completed jobOnly thing negative I can say here is they wanted to charge me $280 to test the lines. I objected saying they needed to test lines after work was complicated. They agreed but wanted to charge me $150 to test thevskimmer line. I declined as I felt this was excessive as they were already testing the return lines after compleating workWhile the workers were doing the line replacement I suggested a deal that they don t have to remove old lines if they tested skimmer line. They agreed but never informed me of test results.Over all I was happy with the price and service but they could have earned a 5 star if they only went that little bit further

First year moving into this house with a pool, we hired Toronto Pool Service for pool opening. Two men came and didn't even remove the rubber plug to the inlet hole. We had to figure this out on our own...

Toronto Pool Service provides incredible service. Anna, Stan and the entire team are are incredibly reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service is second to none. They have gotten me out of jams on a few occasions and with incredibly fast service. Their openings, closings, maintenance and repairs are fast, efficient, and high quality.
