Convenient Pizza Hut in Richmond. The dining area is currently closed and there is takeout and delivery only. Limit of five customers in the waiting checkout area. Clean inside. Typical Pizza Hut pizza and sides. A bit on the oily side, but that's why it's good.

Pizza hut employees are nice but will not let customers dine in, they have plenty of seating tables / booths in their restaurant, bought Pizza and went to sit down and we were told not to sit down, found out from other people as well this is common practise, wont be back soon as this is not the best way to keep your customer base. We returned again, this is a restaurant that you pickup food and drinks from the staff at the counter and pay, no service at the tables as it used to be this way for as long as i remember, which was just fine, then take your own garbage to the trash thats it.? go figure! I give up!

Person who took my order (did not get their name) was very lively, unlike some other places who are monotoned. There was a good deal & they told me how it is better to get because of the better price. The pizza was alright, it did not taste the best. It did not have a strong taste as other pizza places. There is a lot of cheese, but there was not that cheesey taste like some pizza places that has that cheesey wonderful taste.

It’s close to my house so we go 2-3 times a month. Dine in is still closed but take out and delivery. Pizza is great, lots of parking spots at good location.Unfortunately no customer service and no time management.Don’t believe waiting time especially weekend.Casher … often rude and show attitude even their mistake.

Ordered online, payment at the door.One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a delivery driver. Driver buzzed once, we let them in. We waited at the door. They didn’t show up after 5-7 mins so I called the store. They said the driver buzzed 10 times and nobody picked up. The driver only buzzed once. Here is the kicker, I smell Pizza Hut pizza on my floor. So the driver made it up to my floor and just turned around. I don’t know if the driver and the store wanted free pizza? Cause that’s what they got. And the franchisee better look into this as food theft.

It's alright, didn't smell like pizza when I went in lol oh welll. The tables with the wall smelled gross. Swapped tables. Pizza was good, pasta was a big under cooked. Garlic bread was perfect!

Ridiculous service and ignorant staff!!! They always mess up your orders even very simple and basic order of wings n pizza (this is not the first time). I asked for a butter chicken pizza and got a cheese slab that looks and tastes disgusting. Like even I can feel that it was not cooked properly. Also the wings had little sauce and were so soggy!! I called their customer service and this is what they said literally “we can’t reach the store you ordered from so can you please keep calling them until they pick up”. Like is this my job? I mean it’s beyond ridiculous the kind of service being provided by such a large organization. If you are planning to pickup something from here - double check EVERYTHING at the counter so you can deal with them right there and if you are getting it delivered than may GOD BLESS YOU!

Running under a very old dull and bit untidy roof, the people working there were actully polite. The place need serious remodel. They have decent options, but often made poorly. Dont be surprized if you find big big chunks of onion in it.
