Majestic Home Inspection Service
A home inspection is a visual inspection and takes 4-5 hours. Our protocol is to check the basement where water tanks are last. This enables us to visually see any water tank leaks after testing all other plumbing. We did not see any hot water leaks at this property.

Majestic Home Inspection Service
Unfortunately I can’t really recommend this inspector. He appears to be thorough but in reality he’s too focused on small unimportant things like wall imperfections. He missed out of code pipes in my home and leaky water heater. Both needed to be replaced immediately after I moved in.Feel stupid paying for the inspection and then discovering I have to pay more for thing that inspector missed.
