Our experience with shoptrophies was great.We were tight on time . From the time I started contacting Maz explaining the situation after placing the order online. He started taking down notes and promised to meet the timeline and before the promised pick up day he emailed me to inform that our customized gift is ready and all that was in 2 days. They really care and will definitely be using them for our future customized gifts and will recommend them for friends. Thanks Maz to you and all your team.

I had the most amazing experience dealing with this company. I needed a plaque for an event in 1 week. I called 5 different similar companies and none would even consider such a short deadline. Shop Trophies not only said they could do it on time, they did it perfectly! Communication was a breeze - we emailed a photo, received a proof, made a change and confirmed the artwork over email. The plaque was produced and shipped priority. I received it 2 days early!This business is a pleasure to deal with and they produce an excellent product. I can't wait to use them again!

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. I called and left a vmm over the weekend indicating I was in a bind and was wondering if they would be able to help me out with a rush order. First thing Monday morning I didn't even have to call back, I was contacted and without a skip in their step they had my crystal award engraved and shipped out to me in a few days and I had it in my hand one day before my event. Quick, easy and pleasant. Thank you again to the team and I definitely will be using them again. :)

They were super easy to work with. We had a rushed order and they managed to have the quote and order in place within the same day - made and ready over a weekend and shipped and to us within 4 business days of the first point of contact. I was able to talk or email the same person each time and they were extremely quick in getting back to me. The awards were perfect and well received across the board. Definitely would recommend and will be using them for future events.
