Incredible! No where else in town will you find everything in one place. With over five different class types not including Flow 'yoga' or 'Flow Restore' yoga combined with deep stretching Crush Camp" has kept me fit physically and mentally!!!From my experience I get the perfect amount of push and motivation to keep going. Crush camp is truly an amazing place to go live a healthy life style. The classes are so fun and get you in shape so fast if you go consistently! All the staff are amazing and so welcoming. The different challenges each month keep you growing and getting more and more fit. It's amazing to see changes in your strength so quickly. You won't regret going to crush camp, that's for sure.

Crush camp is by far the most enjoyable workout experience I have ever had. When you walk in the doors there is a mental shift, and you know you are there to work and better yourself. All of the coaches are amazing and push you to keep going and be your best self. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to put their fitness first.

There really isn’t much to say besides… amazing! You really feel like no one is judging you here, allowing you to work on yourself. At Crush Camp the staff seem to actually care about your well-being, by making sure you don’t injure or burn yourself out. Staff is always friendly and the pricing of the membership compared to other similar facilities is a plus!

I've been going to Crush Camp with my baby since he was 2 months old. The Strong as a Mother classes are just amazing. I attended a yoga class as well and it was great too. Highly recommend crush camp for any new moms who want to work out with their babies.

All the staff and instructors are amazing! You can take the class at your own pace but they encourage you to push yourself as much as possible. The music and atmosphere of the crush classes make it (almost) fun to workout and I can tell how much stronger I've become. These classes also offer a welcome escape from stress of everyday life. I only wish there were other locations across Canada!

I can only say amazing things about Crush Camp as my experience has been the best of any other gym I have been a member of. As many have mentioned in their reviews, the studio is incredibly welcoming to all no matter what stage of your fitness journey. Within a week of joining, I had so many regrets for not becoming a member earlier!I’ve been an avid spin, barre, and cross-fit goer, but would always eventually reach burnout with the receptiveness of the classes and often suffered too many injury setbacks. After almost a year of Crush Camp and attending 4-5 days a week, classes have yet to feel repetitive. I also love the ability to take multiple types of class offerings at the studio depending on what my body needs and how I want to challenge myself.I appreciate that there is always room to modify the class to fit your needs. The instructors personally touch base with you before class starts to see how your body is feeling and help you through any modifications you should take in advance. Each instructor and staff member knows your name when you come through the door and are always calling out when they see your progress.This is the first group fitness training where the environment never feels competitive, only motivating. At first, I would take the classes that weren’t as full at quieter times of the day, but now I thrive off of having fellow members side by side with me and feeding off their energy. I love that we can share the occasional laugh and “what the f***” with each other when we hear what the instructor has planned and then a follow-up high five after we do indeed “crush” it.There are always monthly challenges and focuses to help you in building your strength, endurance, and speed. Being able to track your progress each month and also having the Biometric testing in the gym has been so helpful. I have gained more muscle and have experienced more progress in my endurance and speed in my less than 1 year at Crush than in my two years of doing intense cross fit.The instructors are all-stars. The hardest part of my week is pre-booking which classes to go to because there isn’t a single go-to instructor. I’ll typically add an extra day just to get in as many instructors as I can because I love what each of them brings.Looking forward to many, many more classes!
