They don't submit for benefits.Charges extra for screenings when other places don't..I felt like I was going blind every time I left this place.The guy uses scare tactics to get you in..Stay away from this clown!

I hadn't been to an eye doctor in years and was nervous about finding a new doctor in Victoria. Dr. Poon and his staff were very friendly, made my visit easy and comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my eyes were well looked after. Thank you!

Dr. Poon is an incredible optometrist that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. He goes above and beyond to make sure your eyes are healthy and strong. My entire family goes to his clinic in Oak Bay and I am glad we chose him when we moved to Victoria 5 years ago.

Dr. Poon is the best optometrist in Victoria. I've been a patient of his since I can remember. He is welcoming, patient, genuine, and proactive. He takes his time assessing your eye exam results with you and is thorough in his explanations.His staff are also really nice and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Thank you Dr.Poon for making my son so comfortable for his first eye exam, and me as well after like 25 years since my last one.I will highly recomend you. Its not offten a person looks fprward to there next Dr. appt but my son and I both will be happy you see you again next year!!Thanks again!
