Rome pizza & chicken

Ordered from here before . Had a great experience from friendly service, fast, lots of food and delicious pizza. However tonight was quite the experience. Called at 6:50 to tell them the skip the dishes wasn't working and was told it started at 8 pm. So I almost ordered from another pizza place but decided it will be worth the wait. So I placed the order online extra large pizza and honey garlic wings. It took almost an hour to come. The pizza was burned on the bottom black and the honey garlic wings were watery. The only thing good was the garlic bread. We were so hungry we had to eat some of the pizza . I only ate 2 of the wings. Very upset about this.

I tried to order an extra large pizza with just pepperoni and pepperoni and green olives on the other size. I offered to pay for two toppings for both but asked for the green oliveOn one side of the pizza. I was notConcerned about price. The person on the phone made this very difficult and refused to do this. I ended up just ending the call and ordering from dominos. This is the second time I have had issues ordering from this place and do not plan to do this again. I have been in there before and they have been very nice and helpful so I was surprised at their telephone demeanour.

Just ordered from these guys today for the first time, excellent customer service, one of the best pizzas I've ever had, garlic bread and fries are fantastic, chicken wings are great. Will definitely be eating here again! Keep up the good work guys.

For some reason we got in the habit of ordering from Dominos Pizza which is now a neighbour of Rome Pizza and Chicken. Tonight we tried Rome and we will never go back to Dominos!!! The crust at Rome's is delicious and chewy, and there are loads of toppings. The owner is very friendly and chatted away with my little daughter. Excellent quality pizza!

The best pizza I have had in a really long time. Don't be discouraged by the size, if you have a chance to enter and sit at the front window to eat a slice, becse I can guarantee you will feel at ease and enjoy the pizza so much, that you will most definitely dine again. Although, try ordering in if that's what you prefer.

I ordered Rome Pizza on Skip the Dishes, and while my food arrived LONG after I ordered it (at no fault of Rome Pizza) the pizza was still AMAZING!!! The restaurant called to tell me that my pizza had been sitting there for 30 minutes and that the Skip driver hadn't come to pick it up and they just wanted to let me know that it wasn't their fault, which I really appreciated. Even though the pizza had been sitting there waiting, it still arrived HOT, and DELICIOUS!!! Not to mention the deals they have are great too!! I think this will be my go to pizza place from now on!

I live across the street and have always loved their specials. I always order extra sauce (it's free) and if there was ever an error on my order the owner has always made it right. A good honest business man who cares about his product. I would also recommend his Gyro sandwich and wings. Also try a bbq base with chicken. It's awesome.

Read the other reviews, gave it a shot. It really is great. Spoke with the owner and most precious issues came from failures of skip the dishes. Him and his quality of food we found top notch. Prices were beyond reasonable. 60$ for two extra large pizzas, 10 chicken.. bread, fries, pop, sauce.. find that anyway else and like homemade..
