Park'N Fly Toronto Valet Airport Parking

It was convenient and they were polite. However when I got into my truck the seat was the so close to the steering wheel, my display was all changed and the radio was changed to some station I never listen to. All they are doing is parking the vehicle. I get short people but they don't need to be changing everything for a 1 min park. Just park the vehicle and get out.

Seamless experience. We did valet. Easy parking, checking in with your ticket and shuttles ready and available to pick you up every 5-10 minutes.Our return from airport was also great. They say 5-10 minutes between shuttles but there were two waiting when we got out there so it went quick. We did self checkout/pay, and our van was waiting outside in the parking lot for us. Threw the bags in and left.We opted for getting interior cleaned and that was pretty great coming back to a cleaned van.

Quick rides to/from airport with little to no wait. Paid for cleaning as well. They did a fantastic job cleaning but they used some kind of floral cleaner and it's been months and my car still smells horribly. If you get cleaning make sure you ask them not to use anything with an odor.

On two separate occasions I have experienced poor customer service on the pick up end of my visit. First time I picked up my vehicle at night only to find damage to it the following days that could have only been revived while at the location. (Did not even get a phone call in return to discuss). On the second experience something happens with my reservation on the app & was told it’s my fault & would not listen to any explanation. Manager didn’t even have decency to show!! The attitude from the desk was appalling!! Lost customer or any referral!!

If you are tight for time and want to drive, a good option. Using the app speeds up the process and you save a few bucks too. Shuttles run frequently.Only complaint Is that the valet moved stuff around in the vehicle including the seats and everything. I couldn't just drive away.

This service used to be amazing. You get off the plane and within minutes a driver would be there to pick you up. The last number of times I have had to wait upwards of 30 min after I texted I have arrived for the shuttle to come pick us up. Both the last 2 times >20 min.

Super disappointed with our service here.Got home late last night. Was told the car would be out in ten minutes. 20 minutes later I was able to flag someone down and ask where our car was. They said the battery was dead and they were going to boost it.Half an hour later still no car. Standing in the cold at midnight waiting for someone to communicate something with us.Finally a guy comes over and says they tried to use a dead battery pack to jump it.Shortly the car pulls up, we go to get in and there is a VAPE on the driver's seat. Cool. We don't vape.Now the radio doesn't work. The key fab isn't working and we get to spend our day fixing what the valet messed up.Clearly this doesn't happen to everyone, but buyer beware. And if they are going to boost your car. Go with.We will not be using the valet again.

So easy. Drop your car off take the shuttle and when you return they have your car parked back at the lot. Only problem we had was the first shuttle driver wouldn't let us on told us to go to valet instead. Got so confused walking around just wanting to get back to our car. Finally asked another shuttle driver after not knowing where to go and he took us to park and fly. Not sure what the confusion was with the first driver and why he refused us but second shuttle driver was amazing and even loaded my luggage that to be honest was kinda heavy so I really appreciated it.

The shuttle to get back was absolutely packed. My son who has autism couldn’t handle how busy it was. When I returned to get my car after a 10 day trip, I started up my car, and it sounded absolutely terrible. I went to accelerate and could barely move the vehicle as they had backed it right up onto a curb. The overall experience home was hell and I was lucky the car even made it home. The vehicle broke down the minute I got it home. I’d use a different service next time!

This truly might be one of the worst services I have experienced and I truly blame myself for using them time after time. I’ve finally learned my lesson and will never be back at this overpriced scam.The purpose of using this service is efficiency. The reality of this service is disappointment false promises and all around terrible customer service.Incident 1: I select the bronze package (interior/exterior wash) even going as far to have a conversation on which one (silver or bronze) would be better. I come back to my unwashed car, having to wait almost half an hour and “the best I can do is apologize” from a rep. (Fooled Me Once)Incident 2: (Within one week of the first incident) Similar situation, I select the bronze package and insist that there can be no excuses, I took a picture of my sheet for proof at the time, and head out. I come back and like clock work, same situation. This time armed with proof, I get a manager credit for 50% off. Car still not washed (Fooled Me Twice).Incident 3: (Today) Before flying out, they ask you what time you’ll arrive. I said my flight time was 10am so for buffer let’s say 10:30. I’ve landed and ready to go home, I call the service number to have my car ready, they assure me it will be here. Not to my surprise, I’ve arrived and have been waiting close to 1 hour to get my car. I’m done and never using this joke of a service ever again. Please do not use them if you’re on a schedule or need to get things done. They are unreliable, rude to customers and unhelpful. (Shame On Me).I hate that Google allows me to give 1 star because it’s really 0/5 service.
