Useless Bank! They have a new kid working that doesn't know how to deposit a cheque! And he is the only one there! What is the point of even being open???!!! They are usually closed most of the time anyway. Time to switch banks from this garbage!! (2023-05-25)

This bank is in my neighbourhood. I can't access the bank machine before they open because they have the doors locked. No other bank on the street has this issue. Their hours have also been drastically reduced to - bankers hours...

Branch is not reliable regarding hours of service, cant rely on this location and you would be better off to go to the one on blvd Saint-Joseph - otherwise great service when they are present - they reduced further to 2x a week!

A very good location. I've always found the staff extremely polite and efficient. Since it's a small location there can sometimes be line up's but the wait times are less then most.

Truly an awful branch. No personal so wait time are always over 30 mins and now they're only open 3x days a week; closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and closed on weekends ....

I've tried calling them multiple times to deal with things that I can't resolve on-line but they don't answer the phone, which means having to go to the branch in person. This is a waste of their time and mine.

VERY slow service.Unhelpful staff.Didn't understand my concerns or needs.Staff were unmotivated and visibly acted aggressively between each other; very unprofessional.
