Worst experience ever. When dropped the vehicle, fuel charges were added. Here is the fuel level when dropped the car. Don’t want to listen customer. I would surely not recommend to anyone. This was my fuel screenshot.When talking, they say the screenshot is not angled properly. Are you kidding me? Anyone can see the arrow on fuel level. I am sorry but your explanation is not up to mark.

We have used Clearway truck rentals many times. Their equipment is always clean, well maintained and ready at the time requested for. We have recommended to many of our friends and family as we find the company reasonable and the location friendly and helpful.We would highly recommend this company and location no matter the size of moving vehicle you may need. Personally, I prefer the power tailgates myself as makes my life and moving experiences go much more smoothly.

This is our second year using Clearway for delivering all our shoeboxes on behalf of The Shoebox Project for Women. Our organization facilitates the donation of gift-filled shoeboxes to women experiencing homelessness across the Lower Mainland. Clearway has been nothing but great; always friendly, helpful and professional, with very fair pricing, too. Thanks for helping us spread a bit of joy to women in need each year!

We have used clearway rental always. Very good customer service and friendly as well. Leanne is awesome. She has always helped us a lot. Gave us extra 200km as we take rentals from them as a regular customer. My husband rents truck from this place all the time. Can’t go wrong. They have always made us happy!!! Recommend them 100%.

We had THE MOST REWARDING EXPERIENCE from this company! Let me tell you what happened...At the last minute, we were left in the lurch with a well known company that rhymes with U-Fall and were literally left scrambling to find a truck in the size we needed AND that was close by - even though we made the reservation a month in advance. I reached out on social media for help and a friend commented back to try this company - Clearway. Truth be told, I have never heard of them before this day.I called them up and spoke with both Jake and Leanne, who were nothing short of AMAZING PEOPLE who truly wanted to help us. Although they were sold out of the 20ft trucks we was looking for (we were moving my son and his girlfriend from the lower mainland to Kelowna), they had a 5 ton truck available for the dates we needed. It was all they had and I knew I was lucky with this choice as it was literally month end now! With the other company, it was going to be a one-way trip, but with Clearway, we had to bring the truck all the way back. Bracing myself for the cost, I held my breath as this was way more space than we needed, but beggars can't be choosers, right?They came back with the price (with an extra 200 km's tacked on above what they thought we might use) and it was LESS EXPENSIVE than what we were quoted from the other, less reliable, company!!! Not only that, but the truck was very modern with a hydraulic driver's seat, back lift to easily load/unload, electronic side view mirror adjust, digital interior display and even Apple CarPlay so you hook up your iPhone and use Waze, play your own music and whatever else you wanted to do.I am so happy with Clearway and the service we received from both Jake and Leanne at the Langley, BC location. If you need any sort of vehicle rental, I HIGHLY recommend them. I will brag about this company to anyone who will listen - LOL!5 out of 5 from our family!

I'm so glad my quiet, suburban neighbourhood in Port Coquitlam could facilitate the mobile repair of one of your buses. Clearway replaced the passenger, outer, rear wheel on a bus on an otherwise quiet Tuesday summer night. My daughter alerted me of the repairs at 8:15 PM when she was woken up from her sleep by an electric impact gun. I hope the lack of a torque wrench serves you well.
