Very competitive service and price is half for what we pay for big names. Almost 100% up time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a better service and more money in their pockets.

Been now with Buzzmax for two years. I am completely happy with the service. I was reluctant to change from Bell and Cogeco, but finally got tired of being charged the highly inflated prices. Decided to give Buzzmax a chance to prove the service, and boy are we glad we did. Sam and Ahmed are wonderful. The Sales experience was enjoyable, the installation was smooth, and the after service has been outstanding. Can always get someone here in Canada on the phone, and may I say very quickly. Wish we had made this move years ago, From the start, we were saving over a Thousand Dollars a year. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service, had an issue with my modem (faulty) easy to organize a swap under warranty and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and fast too, don’t have to wait 20 minutes to get someone on the line. Highly recommend! Usually find Sam when I call in and he’s outstanding

We happy with service amazing service and very affordable prices. No headache of over limit charges. No stress that you are stuck under contract so, company can charge you extra and you have no way to run. I would recommend this to everyone. Highly recommended. After 10 years of being with Comwave, we decided to cancel our service and decided to go with Buzzmax. The transition was smooth and so far our internet speed has been great. Saim was very professional and extremely helpful. We are very happy with Buzzmax so far

This is by far the worst internet company please please don’t give this company your service, I’ve been with them for 5+ years, everything was fine up until I’d say 1-2 years ago. We’ve been experiencing constant problems at least once or twice a month there’s a new issue, I’ve had my router changed 7 or more times, the issue for this month is that the WAN keeps disconnecting about 2-3 times every hour sometimes more . I haven’t received any help for this no matter how much I complain, we just replaced the modem this year, it’s cheap yeah but I guess you get what you paid for. If you want problems every month then by all means please go ahead and get your internet from Buzzmax

I love buzzmax for its customer service, great prices and quality service. Anytime I call the support line - my call is answered very quickly - unlike other companies that take sometimes hours to answer the support call. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to purchase services from buzzmax.
