My sister has had the worst experience. Service disgraceful. She payed for a fridge and stove and instead of delivering it to her they gave her stuff away. Now we are waiting for her to pay the remaining bill and get the stove delivered and they locked the system out and she has enough to deal with and people that don’t no what there doing to try and deal with the situation. Never again will we be shopping here disappointing. It’s horrible you have to wait over a year to get what you have paid for so disappointing never again

Never buying from here again! The first 2 items I bought from here were floor models and I got them right away no problem! Now I ordered a washer on February 28th and have been getting the run around ever since!Kept being told next week next week! When I asked for my money back I was told no refunds were allowed! This was after waiting 6 weeks for my washer!Finally May 5th I went in to find out that not only had my washer not been ordered but there was 2 orders ahead of mine waiting still and there was only 1 washer ordered!Had to go threw my credit card company to get my money back! NEVER Order anything from this company!

Will NEVER order or recommend from this company again. Purchased a washing machine March 20/23. Paid in full and was told 4-6 weeks delivery. Started calling after hearing nothing for 8 weeks. Spoke to “Janice” who assured me every phone call (weekly) it would arrive “next week”13 weeks later….still no washer.Went in to store June 30/23. Spoke to manager who told us that he actually buys his appliances from Home Depot! Long story short, we got our $$ back, went to Home Depot same day, bought identical washer for $200 less and brought it home the same day.

I bought a washer there it broke under warranty in March. I am still waiting for them to replace it. The service department doesn't answer their phone they just say they will call you back they don't. After going into the store and refusing to leave until someone waited on us they said it would be delivered June 11th now they say mid July. I explained due to my disability its hard and expensive to go the laundrymat was pretty told well to bad. They could have waived delivery fee refused. Lowes and Home Depot both have the same washer in stock cheaper but we are stuck at Bad Boy due to warranty.

Just purchased a sofa and your salesman named Raj was so helpful. He never pressured us but allowed time for us to make our own decision which is a rarity these days. Highly recommend both your store and this considerate salesman.

Don't order any stuff from this place, it is the worst time and money. I bought a dining table from clearance and was available and got an appointment to deliver but unfortunately, I did not get it, and the store said we missing parts. I got scheduled 6 times and nothing happened. Still didn't get my table yet and waiting 6 weeks. I sold my old dining table and ate on the floor with my big family. It is very bad boys. I am going to civil court to refund my money and request financial compensation resulting from delays and psychological damage.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I bought all my appliances here, I was assure that I will cave my washer and drier in a couple of weeks the rest will come a month later. I agreed to that thinking I will not wait long. It’s been 7 months and I only received the washer. I’ve been calling them non stop, the customer service is terrible once you buy something and I’ve been put on hold for 15-25 min at a time. They become rude and yell and talk over you. No one is able to do anything and they keep telling me that my products will come in a couple of weeks every time I call and I’ve been calling for the last 5 months. I asked for a refund and they denied it as I signed an agreement that this is a special order. There’s nothing special about this order. I can get the same appliances anywhere else. I already spent close to $1000 in laundromat and my renovation has stalled because of this. If I knew I wouldn’t have my appliances for that long, I would have bought it somewhere else and would have been using them for the last 6 -7 months. I WANT MY REFUND! I can just buy it somewhere else and have it delivered tomorrow. This is insane!!!

Karen is the absolute best service out there! We literally have driven specifically to the Ancaster store for her amazing service! Not only does she keep things real she is upfront and honest and takes your best interest to heart! My husband came here and hadn’t ate and she went back and brought us out each a snack to tie us over! She is not only our go too person but now considered a family friend! Thank you for all you do Karen!!! You are simply the best!!!

On December 25th, 2022 we bought a couch from the Ancaster location and was told 8-10 weeks. Less than 30 minutes later we found the exact same couch for 900$ less. We returned to the store and asked about price matching which we were originally told they wouldn’t, so we asked for our money back. The staff called it a custom couch, despite us picking the couch based off a floor model, and that it was already in the system to be made… keep in mind this was Boxing Day. In the end, they price matched.We are now 6 months later and we still are not in possession of the couch. During the wait time, we moved so now we have to rent a truck and drive it to the Barrie store to pick it up.We have tried numerous times to get updates, however rarely do we get a call back from the Ancaster location.Barrie location has been good to deal with and has been empathetic to the situation.

Buyer beware. Purchase at your own discretion. Hopefully all your items arrive not damaged. If you you have to deal with this companies customer service you will need to have a lot of spare time on your hands.3 months in and still waiting for a replacement chest of draws. I just found out they still haven’t ordered a replacement unit.Once this company has your money they truly do not care about keeping you happy.
