Walmart Supercentre

They can't keep their shelves stocked to save their lives. If you do grocery pick up, you'll be sitting there FOREVER waiting for them to bring your items out. They don't go in order of people arriving which is extremely frustrating. Staffed by a bunch of teenagers who couldn't care less about their jobs.

Their grocery pickup isn’t really great, they’ve gotten stuff wrong on every one of my orders so far. For example, if I order a bag of potatoes but they don’t have that specific bag, then they will substitute it with 1 potato of the same kind from the bulk section…I have no use for 1 single potato…I think it’s just laziness…

This is my favorite Walmart out of all the others. The staff is great, it's not too crowded and the food is quite good.

I've worked here over 5 years and I try my best to keep my customers happy. If you ever need anything or need to speak with someone, we'll be there for you. Thank-you to all my sweet customers who are pleasant and make my day. You don't realize how much it means to us ❤️

Staff here is unbelievable!I was standing in the front of the cashier to check out, but instead of ringing my order- the cashier continue cleaning and pretending she doesn't even see me. I have to ask her if I can check out my stuff and ring it. And to my surprise, she said wait a second and let me just finish cleaning this. Unbelievable!!!!!

Customers were very friendly to each other. I like the small town vibe. Everything was in stock and most things were labelled. Cleanliness was satisfactory.When I visited I needed to change my baby but the family washroom did not have a functioning toilet. I was wrapped up with plastic. It had the feminine hygiene disposal unit on top of the toilet seat. I could see the toilet was full of feces. I could not use that washroom so instead I changed my baby in my car.

Recently my friend and I had pulled into HC parking. We got out and my friend fell and hurt her face/neck/shoulder pretty badly. She was knocked out cold for a long time. I called 911. I was visibly shaken as my friend lay their with blood coming from her mouth and other injuries. Two Walmart employees came out and were genuinely concerned for me as they took my best friend away in the ambulance. I was shaking and they stayed there making sure I was ok and were so kind. I give those two employees five stars because they were compassionate and kind. Every time I think of what happened that day end of May 2023 I am shaken up all over again, but quickly remember the two Walmart employees (I wish I could remember their names) and a man named Melvin helping me and it helps. Bravo Walmart for training and choosing compassionate people to work at this establishment. Thank you.

Lynette deserves a raise!!!!!! Such a good manager.Today I went to purchase groceries, the transaction was canceled for no reason, went through on my side “but not theirs”???? So my 250$ was then put on hold by Walmart (they are “holding it till 12 pm tonight)So.. I had to double purchase my groceries due to Walmart’s technology failing. I did not have enough money in my account to spend 500$ on groceries. And why should I have to double pay? I wasn’t my error.So.....I literally have to go hungry until Walmart returns the money they stole from me. Lynette was not able to help me as her hands are tied. She doesn’t control the multi billion corrupt company. BUT! she did treat me with respect, understanding and total kindness while I was going through frustration with a broken system that puts all accountability, for THEIR OWN short comings on the customer and lower level employees. So unfair!!!!!Lynette is a wonderful human and she deserves a huge raise an only smiles. Thank you for being a good human.Also, Walmart lost a customer. Superstore may be a tad more expensive but they’ve never stolen from me.. making them the more economically feasible choice now. Walmart is corrupt AF

Brought in a soda stream 60L cylinder to exchange. Customer service grabbed an empty one from behind the counter and made me pay for a full one. It was missing the label on top so I should have questioned them on the spot. Both customer service reps said they were new to the role. Brought it home and weighed it to confirm the contents. Nope. It’s empty. Back there tomorrow I guess.

Looking to save a whole wack load of money, look no further. Walmart gives you exceptional savings.Keep up the amazing work on saving the customers money.
