Met the manager at the home show. He did well in providing a quick and reasonable quote for new shingles and gutters on my home. I was disappointed with communication of the timeline for start of the project even when I made a special request to know when the roofers were coming. By sheer fluke, we avoiding being blocked in our driveway by a refuse bin by leaving for work early that morning.The roofers were NOT careful in the demo of the old roof, causing minor damage to my siding, BBQ and plants around my home. My neighbor was also not happy about the debris on their property either.The scratches in my siding were removed with acetone but now patches of dis-coloring are left behind for me to deal with. It leaves me to question the quality of the work I cannot see.Though the worksite was a disaster during the process, the roofers did well with the clean-up. Only the occasional nail and tile pieces show up as I do yard work.

Legacy has renovated our bathroom upstairs and has done the exterior of our home. Erin also finished our basement and added a basement suite (bathroom, kitchen, flooring etc). He is very knowledgeable and talented with his hands! Everything went smoothly each time. All the workers were on time and the team finished by the deadline. Everything is holding up nicely to date. The finished look of all the renovations are so beautiful and modern! 100% recommend them!One other thing that's important to mention is that we were SO impressed by how above and beyond he went to make us feel special. We had really let our back yard go to the wayside in the summer because we have two businesses and we are too busy. We were shocked when we came home and the lawn was mowed and the weeds were pulled out of the garden. Since that is not a service he offers, nor did we ask for help for it, my husband and I had to blink a few times because we couldn't even believe what we were seeing. I was in tears because it was such a sweet gesture. That was truly the icing on the cake.

Had siding installed on house in October of 2022 some of it is falling off not happy still waiting to get other jobs done .Hard time getting into contact with the company.

I am so beyond great full for the work this company did. They were out the day after I called them, got me a quote and were reshingling my roof the next day. Erin and his team did an awesome job on my siding. Had hail damage and the insurance company screwed me over, as usual, but Erin found a way to get everything I needed repaired without going over budget. He also did some repairs and touch ups in our basement. Was quick and the job looked great. Will for sure use him again.

We had a leak in our dining room that absolutely plagued us every time it rained. I take a great deal of pride in my home and I wanted it fixed correctly, by a professional. I worked ion a house in June it is now sept 7th 3 months later and still not even a penny was paid this is bull how does a company get away with this and when do or how can I get oaid 61 bundles on a 8 / 12 pitch with no help at all. 1800 is a price I never got i go for a drink they take my tools and abandon me in sherwood oak. Then he uses my tools to do other jobs I still nvif this.never got my tools back another 1000 dollars and yet he gets away with this somebody please help me im at a loss I have no home becaus
