Picked up a rental car today and was served by Mathiew! Great professionalism and was very polite and pleasant to deal with! I have done the online check in and it took me less then 5 minutes to get the car! I was amazed at how fast the service was and didn't feel rushed at all! I also had a few questions about the car and Mathiew took the time to explain to me what I needed to know and I was very happy about that! The fact that I've rented a car during F1 weekend I am more then happy with the service I got today and will be a returning customer! Big thanks to Mathiew!Update: Returned the car 4 days later and was happy to be served by Souha! She was very polite and professional and felt welcomed! The car was amazing! Had a great trip with it and an easy return process. Souha made the return process very easy and assured me that I would receive an email shortly concerning the end of contract for the rental period. Very happy with everything the staff have done to make my rental stress free and easy. I highly recommend it to all who need a rental vehicle to see them!

We made a reservation with global car rental for a truck. We arrived and were told in the fine print that we needed two pcs of government photo ID. We tried to provide our Alberta health cards, employee cards and10 others with photos and with our names on them but the agent refused us. So we had to run back for our passports as well and come back. After coming back and receiving the rental it was dirty inside. There was dust over everything, pine needles everywhere even inside the consul. We were told we would be given a discount. The discount in the end was never applied.Furthermore the agent made a mistake and booked our reservation a day short of what we had asked. When we received messages to bring it back a day early we called in right away (waited on hold for a half hour) and tried to rectify the situation. The agent wanted to charge us almost $300 extra for the extra day. We asked for our original rate quoted and were told no and given no reason why. We asked to speak to a manager further up the chain to rectify this mistake and were told we couldn't. In the end they gave us a $50 discount for the two hours of cleaning we had to do on our family vacation, and they charged us a full $230 for one day extra of a vehicle rental.We would never rent with Globe again, they are unprofessional, have dirty vehicles and make things difficult to work with on every turn. This is not the headache we wanted during a family vacation and there was no attempt to make any of our experience smoother by the multiple employees we dealt with in their company.***Pictures attached were taken after the agent did a secondary clean on the vehicle***

Amazing customer service!!Souha was very friendly, funny and courteous. She was awesome. I called last minute and she helped to get me the vehicle I needed!! Now that’s what I call service!!Very happy customer!!

Zackary was extremely helpful to our needs and found solutions for our concerns. He is very solution oriented which helps us reach our goal. We can finally move in peace to our new apartment. All thanks to him!

Confirmed and documented rental reservation was NOT honored due to overbooking.Staff was threatening and intimidating.Luckily taxi driver came to my defense.I was not reimbursed my taxi fare.More details will be uploaded shortly.

very bad service try to charge textra they have everything mark ed on the inspection sheet and because my boss was loud in asking why im he must pay on company’s insurance when i have his insurance they try to force charges of damage on him take your pictures cause the customer is not right at this company customer service is .5 on 10 . ps i work with trucks everyday inspection have to be done everyday

Worst car rental everThey don’t do any due diligence in explaining the contract and they charge you for damage on the wheels which unfortunately you don’t notice they already exist before you take the car because you focus on scratches on the doors , front and back bumpers when you inspect the car yourself and you go on your way!Super unethical service! They sent a pic of a scratch on the wheel which didn’t happen while I’m driving! And the scratch seemed super old on the pic! I took the car for 24hrs!Never again!!!!

I recently booked a moving man from Enterprise, but they cancelled on me again! I had no choice but to try this rental agency. I've noticed that there are some negative comments, but since I was renting for 2 days, I didn't want any surprises, so I took pics. The savings was $285 bucks.I was given an upgrade to larger extended transit van. It wasn’t the cleanest being a moving van but it was alright.Return was easy. I will use Globe agency again - half price hehe.
