Our experience with Centra Windows has been fantastic.Blair, our Sales Estimator, was prompt in answering all our questions. During the window installation, he even showed up to see how things were going.Mike, Ray, Barb, Gerald, and Jake did an incredible job installing our windows. The team was very professional and friendly. They had a positive team dynamic that made interacting with them enjoyable. They worked efficiently to have the installation completed before we went on vacation.The windows look amazing. We will surely enjoy them for many years. I would highly recommend Centra Windows!

Thank you to Dave Jones, Shaman & Ekam, the team who installed my new Centra Windows on June 15 & 16/2023 . They were polite, neat & tidy and were attentive to all of the details when doing their work. I felt comfortable leaving them on their own when I had to run a few errands. I was very pleased with their work and am happy with my new windows. When I noticed that the 4 windows with panes had square spokes on the outside instead of in between the window panes (as per the Strata rules) I pointed this out. Dave immediately called the Office and those panes will be corrected. On July 6 the new window panes with spokes were installed. Again, the service was good. Marshall was polite, friendly, answered any questions I had and the new windows look great.

Earlier this week, Andrew, Mike and Barb completed installation of 15 windows in record time and left the place tidier than they found it. Very courteous and professional. Many thanks. They were able to correct some minor rot in the old sill and, when the screen didn't fit properly, they were back within 48 hours to replace it. Great service from a great crew. From first contact with Centra till the job was complete, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and obviously very experienced.After dealing with three other companies for quotes, working with Karl to finalize our needs and expectations was by far the best choice. Karl knows windows. Jody, Dave and team came in to do the install. Very courteous, considerate and professional. Immediately laid down floor protection then got to work. Within in short order our new front windows were installed.If you need windows, choosing Centra in the only choice.

Our installation crew led by Slater, Glenn and Matthew did a very professional installation of 23 new windows in our home. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship was second to none. We would highly recommend Centra if you are considering a window upgrade to improve the look and value of your home.

I'd like to review our most recent experience with Centra Windows. As many will tell you when it comes to a project like this many of us are not exactly sure what all the technical stuff means. As consumers, we are looking for a great product, great customer service, honesty, and of course a valuable price to justify the work. We recently bought our forever home and knew we would be faced with replacing the windows and doors as they were no longer energy efficient. Wanting to take advantage of the Federal and provincial rebates and offers, we had an energy assessment completed which told us what we knew. The windows needed to be replaced to maximize our energy savings. After obtaining quotes from two other highly reputable companies, Centra was the last to provide us with a quote. They not only came in under the other two companies, moreover, but they also added a couple of items like finishing the window trim after installation, which the other two companies would not complete. The crew arrived on the day and time they advised and since we were replacing 34 windows of various sizes and configurations, as well as patio french doors and sliding doors, the job took 10 full working days. TJ and his crew, Glen and Garry, were not only the most polite people, but they also became one of our family in a way as they enjoyed discussing life and interest with us as they diligently worked to complete the job. Each day they put drop clothes in and around our home to protect flooring, stairs, furniture, or where ever they would be working. They took time to explain the process each day and how long it would take. At the end of each day, they would ask us if we had any concerns and the areas they would be working on the next day. They took extra time at the end of the day to make sure everything was cleaned up before they left. As a homeowner, I felt they deserved a little something for all their hard work and offered them some fresh cinnamon buns and a pot of coffee one day to sit and enjoy as we were very happy with their work. This crew was most appreciative of this gesture. However, they would not stop their work so I sent them care packages with a few extras to take home to their families. The diligence and care this company takes to complete the job were exemplary and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their doors and windows. On another positive note, the neighbors have mentioned that our house looks like a brand new house and stands out in the neighborhood. Thanks, Tj, Glen, and Garry, as well as our service adviser Ben, and of course the other gents who completed the final measurements. All of you worked together as a team and you should all be very proud of the company you work for and as I understand are shareholders. Well done!

I am not ashamed to say that t took me almost two years to find a company to get my windows replaced.. It is a big investment for any houseowner to make. And I must say, it was worth it.. Team Centra was excellent!!Starting with Kyle from sales.. He readily gave me a quote after seeing the current windows and most importantly gave us some breathing space to look at other companies and their quotes.. Yes, they are not cheap when compared to others but they are not the most expensive one either. I liked the fact that they had their own installation team. I was worried about the installation primarily.The gentleman who came over to take the measurements a month later after I had signed was excellent too. He explained the process well and assured of how the install will be done. And they managed to get me in early on some of the hottest days in May which kind of worked too.Really thankful to Luke, Maz and Carson for their excellent, time-bound installations that lasted three days. And I should say, they planned their work based on how we wanted it to be done without affecting our daily lives. I got all of my 18 windows replaced on the house and I am happy that they all look really good both from inside and outside.. Appreciate the excellent work from everyone at Centra and we do see the reasons for your tag line.. Kudos!!!
