I had a great experience using a guest pass at this location! I forgot the sales persons name, but he was so nice and helpful towards me! Same with the girl at the front desk! Their customer service was amazing

As much as I love going to the gym this location unfortunately is not as clean as it should be. I don't blame the cleaners it's just that the facility needs some renovation. For example, the pool flooring is very faded and the lights are burned out. The soap is usually empty. The front desk is much better than other locations.

Average location. Good selection of machines but only one power cage/rack and two squat racks, all clustered in a small corner along with smith machines. Not a good use of space and can make people very uncomfortable.No bumper plates or platforms. The gym is clearly designed for casual members and to please the masses $$$.Locker area is relatively small and gets very busy as well. The hall leading to the change rooms is tight and people are constantly having to avoid running into each other.The members are the good part. Mature and respectful crowd. Snack/shake bar is good.Gym is pretty clean.

I visited this gym last month as a guest with my friends. The gym was very clean and the equipment very well kept. The customer service stood out the most. I spoke with Rav, the Club Manager, he was very friendly, professional and treated us like royalty. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to make a change to their body and achieve their fitness goals.

Was looking for a gym nearby and this place is amazing!! It’s a large space with rows and rows of weights and machines. I signed up after 2 days of trial, and shoutout to Jess for helping me get a membership! She was super active and accommodating for my situation, getting me a membership for the summer with one month free!!!

Front door staff locked doors and didn't let me in. Came an hour before 11pm when they close to hit a very quick cardio session less than 20min after work and they denied me access and told me to come earlier next time" and I "shouldn't come so close to closing." As well

I can only say good things about this location. So many facilities. Lots of classes with well trained instructors. My favourite is Iris from Body works plus Abs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Her class is always full. Another favourite are the cycling classes with Cherif. Such a great class and music selection.

Love this gym, especially the community!! Everyones very friendly and helpful. I love how the staff here interact with the members, especially Jess who is doing a great job with the social media! Amina is super friendly too

Pool and hot tubs often closed. This has been the case for over 3 years. Reflects the attitude of management. Status quo is perfectly acceptable for them on this regard. Not fair to members who pay for use of this part of facilty.
