We contacted Alberta Best Home when our furnace died during the cold snap in January 2020. They did everything they could to get our furnace working properly again including providing us with space heaters while waiting for the new parts. We were able to contact Alberta Best Home any time day or night for help when our furnace continued to fail on us (NOTE: I do NOT feel that the failures were due to any lack of trying by Gord and Duncan!) But after a week of the furnace continuing to shut down for some unknown reason we just figured it would be best to get a new furnace installed which we also got done by Alberta Best Home. I found their prices and warranty to be very reasonable too! I have already recommended Alberta Best Home to other people and had them come out to my Mom's house to look at her furnace. Rest assured, Alberta Best Home will take good care of you!

Furnace wasn’t working properly yesterday and with the cold weather coming it is not optional. I called and within 2 hours someone was checking for the problem, he called for the part and went to get it and had my furnace up and running again in just a few hours. Will definitely call again for furnace and plumbing issues.

Had to have furnace repair and Alberta Best Home was very efficient and professional with both the call and repairing the furnace. Technician Dan explained everything that was wrong with the furnace and I had no problems paying for excellent quality service. Now my family will be warm during this next cold snap. I contacted Albert Best Home Plumbing & Heating to hook up my new sink, on a referral from a friend. Gord came out to do the work. While he was working, my new dishwasher was delivered from Trail Appliances. Unfortunately my sales associate forgot to schedule the install. Gord said no problem! He went out and got the materials needed to hook it up and was a lot cheaper than Trails install price. Thank you Gord! You helped make my new kitchen Reno complete!

When my wife was 8 months pregnant we hit a point where the upstairs was 28 degrees at night. I called a few companies for information and didn't even make it through the reception.After calling Gord he gave me several options and told me he could begin work the next day. I had got a price from one other company and Gord was right in line with what I had been told.The whole process was very smooth. He called before his arrival. While there he took care of a couple other issues at no extra cost.As part of the process he ended up having to replace some ducts that had rusted. It ended up taking longer as a result but he was committed to giving cool air to our home so my wife could sleep at night.He had planned a trip to BC with his family which he delayed so that he could finish the job.Very knowledgeable and friendly and really was a refreshing experience.Would recommend to anyone.

I had Gord and his team install my AC and BBQ gas line a few years ago. I was so impressed by their service that I had them back to install three toilets. The team was friendly, personable, professional and very clean. Reasonable price for an excellent job! Thank you so much!

Unprofessional waited 4 hours no showed for appointment. Called multiple times no response. Got calls and texts saying they were coming but never showed

Don't waste your time with Gord and this unprofessional company. Gord and team didn't show up a whopping four times to perform scheduled servicing despite Gord's guarantee that they wouldn't miss the forth scheduled appointment. After the forth time, Gord didn't bother to respond to my query whether the service person was showing up as scheduled. I've spent tons of personal time phoning, emailing and trying to get the service performed. Avoid this company and go with a company that has integrity.

Insane experience with this couple.No permit for work, the job was fully paid off, and I still receive reminders about my balance. They have been told many times to stop it,but the money in the bank, and nobody cares!
