Nicole and her team at Cloud 9 are absolutely amazing! We were recommended to them from some friends and family and it was the best decision we made! They follow every little detail you leave for them when it comes to your home and your pups. They also send TONS of pictures of your fur-babies to show you all the fun that’s happening! They are also incredible with our puppy! I Highly recommend Cloud 9 for all your doggie needs from walking to little visits to overnight stays! The crew at Cloud 9 Canine is unparalleled. Their genuine love for animals would shine through when I would get the reports from their visits and they were full of information on enrichment, decompression, and physical exercise. I was so confident in leaving my fur baby, an Australian Shepherd, in their care while I was on vacation! ♥️♥️

When I met Nicole and my girl Pearl took a liking to her right away I knew it would be a great fit. To me it meant that Pearl would get some much needed exercise and attention while I am at work and she loves her visits. My favorite part about the whole thing is the pics and the report I get from her visits. Great pics and love the comments they send! Thanks for loving my Pearl just like I do!

I have been so happy with Cloud 9 Canine! They are affordable, replied quick, and Jordan has been awesome training our puppy. She’s very friendly, communicative and knowledgeable and always explained how/why training behaviors. Our dogs loved “the treat lady”

Nicole with Cloud 9 was incredible. When my dog was having anxiety issues she came last minute to meet her and was willing to stay with her all week. She was flexible, caring, communicative, and seemed to genuinely enjoy hanging with my fur babies. I felt so at ease knowing she was with my cat and pup and look forward to having her back. Not to mention my dog clearly loved her!

Both Nicole and Megan spent a week in our home with our two pups and they went above and beyond to make us, as well as our dogs incredibly comfortable!They were incredibly communicative, were able to not only give our dogs love and care but keep their regular routine, and they took such good care of our home! I was impressed that they watered plants, cleaned up after themselves, cleaned up poop outside and even washed the bedding they used so we didn’t have to worry about it after returning home. We also loved getting pics and updates throughout the day.I have had a few different pet sitters and most have been good, but Cloud 9 went the extra mile and has made us be forever clients! Their pricing is great too!

My husband and I LOVE Cloud 9 and all of their pet sitters!! I’m so glad we found Nicole (originally through Care.com) to take care of our 3 reptiles and 3 cats. Her team is absolutely incredible and I love getting updates every time they visit our pets (especially all the photos they send). It’s always hard leaving our pets behind, but we were gone for about three weeks for our wedding and honeymoon and were so happy with their care. They literally go above and beyond with how kind and thoughtful they are. For example, our youngest cat broke a glass container and a home decor piece and they cleaned up the glass for us and kept us updated the whole time. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!

Nicole is unlike any other! She is great with my two cats, who adore her! She gives them quality time with lots of pets, treats, special toys, and most importantly, love. She is extremely reliable, and I have never once worried about if she made it to the scheduled time or not. Nicole helps me feel at ease with leaving the kitties so that I’m able to be mindful of, and enjoy my time away, rather than worry. She is flexible with scheduling, and responds promptly. She is trustworthy and responsible beyond her years! She is hands down born to care for animals. I highly recommend her for any of your pet care needs.

We have had only wonderful experiences with Cloud 9 - Nicole began watching our dog when we first got her as a puppy, and has been so patient with her as we worked on her anxiety issues after being rescued. We have also had her stay and watch our dog and two cats and she did a wonderful job! An excellent, reliable service for dog walking or pet sitting! (She is also a wonderful photographer and gets the best snaps of our animals!)
