Hours before the start of a remote vacation I learned of a water leak in my home. The plumbing company I used recommended Ecotech and Lance arrived on scene within an hour. Knowing that I would have no access to phone or email services for 5 days I was concerned how things would progress but Lance took charge and dryers were brought in immediately. By the time I returned home 6 days later the items were packed up and moved to storage and the work was progressing nicely.The tradespeople were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They often worked very late hours trying to meet the deadline I was looking for to return to the home and they were successful. The items in storage were returned on time and everything went so smoothly. What was a stressful situation was lessened by Lance's calm and organized approach to the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Dealing with Lance at EcoTech was the best decision I could’ve made. We had a roof leak causing damage within the attic and my daughters bedroom and instead of just going with the insurance company’s recommended restoration company I went with a previous tradesmen (I’ve used) recommendation and it worked out great. Lance walked me through all the ins and outs and what the insurance company would “try” to pull over on me plus he reviewed all the scope of work estimates (by insurance company’s restoration company) and made sure they didn’t miss any important items or try to cut corners. Also, Lance was always prompt in replying to either my emails, texts or phone calls. The team that he sent out to complete the work was efficient and the end results were great. Would highly recommend using Lance at EcoTech.

They may do a good job as restoration but one of their driver's was weaving in and out of traffic at high speeds, very, very dangerously. He cut me off as well as a few others in the distance of 6 city blocks. Calm your driver's down as this unnecessary behaviour reflects very poorly upon your company name!

Ecotech came to my rescue when a pipe broke in my basement. They were timely, did speedy clean-up and repairs, came to check on status, and followed through on all details and more (helped fix things that were not in the defined scope)!!! Strongly recommend this company.

Accidentally left a plastic container on the stove and smoked my entire apartment on Christmas, everything smells like burnt plastic. Ecotech came to the rescue and cleaned the entire place. They were able to remove the burnt plastic odour. Amazing results! Highly recommended.

Super friendly and responsible staffs! Specially came over to solve our problem even it was Christmas time. 10 out of 5 stars.

They showed up really fast in the middle of the night which was great. The two guys were very nice and friendly. However, they forgot to turn on 3 out of 5 humidifiers after our hot water tank leaked and blamed us. Came 2 times to check on things 1 said all good 2 said oh not good. They rush and install fans and humidifiers messy w wires everywhere. Our home was still wet when they came to pick up the equipment cause they needed things for the next job. Nice people but waste of time and money. We had to call another company to come and do the job which caused more damage and stress to us and our home.

I was very happy with the work and service from Ecotech Restorations. I called late in the evening and they responded quickly. Their crew arrived promptly and were therefore able mitigate further damage. They are professional and did everything needed. A great team and knew exactly what to do. We had water damage and a 2 week window between tenants. Ecotech got everything in order on time for an affordable price. I would highly recommend them.
