Just over 3 weeks i was there for nails, hair and waxing all of which turned out amazing love my nails still going strong ( going back tomorrow ) love my hair & going back for waxing tmr also. My new favorite place even brining my mom with me tmr for a cut.

Went in for a quick fade fix after going to my own barber. Told the wome what to do in detail. Specified three times not to touch the back of my head, just do the sides, leave the fade as is, I don't want to see my skine at the back. That women could follow clear directions even after telling me that she understood. She got rid of all the fade and touched the back.I just wanted the sides to be fixed but she pretty much didnt follow the direction even after clarifications.Im kinda mixed about the final hair cut thats why I didnt put a 1 star review, but still kinda mad since I didnt get what I wanted eve after telling her and telling me that she understood.Just tell the custumer that you did not understand next time or make sure you understand before begininv to cut. Im just disapointed that I went there for a haircut already good in the first place, and she just down graded the beauty of it.

Very friendly staff. Appointments can be made/ modified online, which is a time-saver.

The person who did my nails worked very hard but still the gel polish chipped the third day. Poor quality of work

1st time. When with my 81 yr old aunt who has memory issues. The ladies were very accommodating respectful and gave us excellent services. I probably would have liked a to get a longer massage but doesn’t! The place is clean and spacious. Does not feel crowded. Make an appointment and get pampered!

Worst service. She spent more time on a zoom meeting than paying attention to my hair. Very unprofessional. If you booked a meeting DON'T book clients. She had no clue how to was either. Removed nothing. Then she had a nerve to over charge me on both. Never ever again will I step food in that place. This was the first and last time....

Rude service. Always stopping what they are doing to service others. Also answering phone constantly instead of hiring a receptionist. Confusing their customers due to lack of ability to create relationships.

I love this place and go regularly every month. Lee does my acrylic nails and pedicure. She is very perfectionist. Lee speaks French and Jessica English so they make a great working team. I really like them both. Very friendly.

It was my first time going to Jesile. I booked an appointment online the night before (easy!). I initially wanted to get a gel/shellac manicure, but the technician (who was the owner I think) suggested I try dip powder instead since it lasts longer than gel, so I did! Although it ended up being a bit more expensive than what I had planned, I am very happy with the result! Usually, my gel nails start chipping and peeling after 1-2 weeks, and it didn't happen this time until much later. Also, she took her time and was very meticulous, which I appreciate since getting my nails done is a small luxury" I offer myself only from time to time. All in all
