My son & I ventured into SoccerCity as he was in need of a new pair of boots. Dave & his staff went above & beyond to find us numerous choices for my son to choose from. Super helpful & courteous and an excellent experience. We'll be back soon to get some of the great jerseys & attire that they offer.

I had found a piece of soccer equipment I wanted to purchase on the Soccer City website at a good price. Rather than purchase it on-line I decided to go into the store to make the purchase. as there was no indication that the price was for on-line purchase only. The staff at the store was very helpful but there was some confusion as to if they could offer the web price in store. As a work around I put in the order on-line hoping to take the purchase home with me. The staff in the meantime had tried to reach out to the owner but still felt they could not allow me to take the product home with me. I reached out to the owner but had to leave before I received an answer. When Dave got back to me he explained that the staff was new and acknowledged that they should have offered the web price in the store. He offered to ship the item to me at no charge. I decided to go back in to the store and when I picked up the item Dave had instructed that staff to give me a gift card as well. Dave turned what had started as a bit of a negative interaction into a positive experience. I will definitely look to Soccer City when I need additional soccer equipment.

Phone service is nil Girl I spoke to was completely unaware of products or website. Take your business elsewhere where u can get service!!

Our team fundraised to buy jerseys, shorts and socks, we wanted nicer apparel then the club was offering. In total we spent $1800 on all the gear. The order took over 2 months and we received it in separate deliveries. The communication from the warehouse was the worst. I told them repeatedly this was a private order and the club does not need to sign off or approve anything. The blue home jerseys wernt pre washed and the color ran through the logo and the numbers. There was no quality control shipping these out, I had 2 disappointed parents regarding the numbers on the back of the jerseys were all wriggled. Soccer west then told me I have to bring them back if there to be fixed. It's a shame as the Adidas jerseys and shorts themselves are really nice until soccer west ruined them. Wouldn't recommend this company.

It took 2 months for our order to ship with zero correspondence, despite my sending many emails to check on the order. Was beginning to wonder if it was a scam. Finally got 2/3 products ordered in the mail and the third was scratched off and handwritten “refund”, but I hadn’t been refunded. Filed a PayPal dispute to get the refund. Horrid customer service, would never order from here again!

I walked in ready to buy some new football kit, 15 mins before the store closes, I ask if he had a large, and all I got was :we are closing in 15 mins" I said ok and left

A small and cozy store located at Langley and plenty of free parkings. It has a good selection of soccer team jerseys, soccer equipments and soccer cleats.I came to this store to look for a pair of soccer cleats. The customer service was great. I felt like I was being taken care of while I was there. Cameron was very helpful being there to assist me and answered my questions.Overall I have a positive experience shopping at this store and I will definitely come back here again.Update: I have to say that the customer service is amazing. I purchased a size 8.5 Adidas X Speedflow laceless cleats however, it was too tight for me and I needed a size 9. For exchange, I have to call directly to the Abbotsford location and I was assisted by Callum. He was very patience and he streamlined the exchange process for me so that I don’t need to ship the cleats back to Abbotsford and wait for another week for the exchange as I have a game this week. This was done in a day and I went to Langley Store to complete the exchange. I will come back here again to shop in the future.
