We used Gray's Florist for our wedding and we could not have had a better experience. I did not have a super specific vision for the flowers other than a classic, elegant feel and general colour scheme and they way everything came together exceeded my expectations.The experience working with Jessica was also very easy and pleasurable. She was prompt and responsive to my emails and questions leading up to the wedding day and was flexible with changes that I inquired about after a last minute decision to purchase an arch for our ceremony that I wanted to have decorated. We got so many compliments on the bouquets and arrangements at our ceremony and reception - everything was so beautiful it really made the day feel special!I would highly, highly recommend Gray's Florist!

Out of all the vendors for my wedding the experience with Gray’s was the most positive and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Jessica was so helpful and even was able to accommodate a special request for my culture to incorporate a Jai Mala. Amazing experience with them

Staylish arrangement of fresh flowers, great service, and same day delivery to Dundas. I didn't get to see the flowers in person, but I received a photo from the recipient who seemed happy.I made the order online because I was abroad, and Gray's contacted me on my email as I missed placing the full address... Glad they followed up with me and delivered the flowers so quickly. The photo shows the Contemporary Classic Arrangement.

We were recommended this place by a close friend for my mom’s funeral arrangements. Knowing we have a standard, at the consultation we mentioned that we didn’t want to be embarrassed with our arrangement. We told her what type of flowers and there was no issue. Several days later, because the flowers were not “in season” the prices were raised, which was not the main issue. The day of the visitation, when we saw the flowers we were devastated. So many of the flowers were still bulbs, and the ones that bloomed already seemed to be dying. Compared to the other arrangements, ours clearly looked the worst. My own mothers funeral and we could not make her proud. When we went to complain, providing photos, we did not even receive an apology, instead insisting that nothing was wrong with them. I am incredibly disappointed, as is my family on the way the flowers turned out, as well as how the situation was handled. Will not be recommending or returning.

We can always tell when flowers come from Gray's because of the unique design and floral quality. We've had so many positive experiences with them over the years and highly recommend them for all occasions!

Disgusted by the owner of this flower shop. Was quoted one price and charge almost double for flowers that hadn’t and did not bloom. Took advantage of a grieving family and will never be forgotten. Not usually one to write a review but had too because I would NEVER recommend.

What a lovely experience it was working with Gray's Florist for my wedding flowers. They did an exceptional job bringing our bouquet, boutonnière, and arch swag vision to life, and managed to keep our flowers in perfect condition on one of the hottest days of the summer!We are truly grateful to them!

Jessica and her team was amazing to work with. They did the bouquets and boutonnières for my wedding and they came out amazing. I am so so happy with them, so happy in fact I’m preserving my bouquet! We worked with Gray's to do the florals for our wedding and we are so thrilled that we did. Not only was Jessica extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process, but the execution was phenomenal. Our vision was perfectly executed and everyone kept commenting on how amazing the flowers looked. Even today, five days after our wedding, our bouquets and center pieces are still looking wonderful.
