I'm ashamed to know that my mother was treated horribly by one of your evening shift employees, Shiv, on March 1st. He showed no sympathy nor apologized for his rude behaviour towards my mom, who by the way, is an elderly citizen. Your plexi glass divider hit her head when he swung his computer monitor, which tells me that your plexi glass barriers are not fastened correctly/safely.He did not help my mother nor treat with her respect with dealing with her insurance inquiry. Instead, he insisted on rushing her out that evening prior to closing and unfortunately we found out through ICBC that the email/paperwork she needed assistance with was never submitted to them that night. A real waste of time, really. Please improve your customer service. We will not be conducting business with this branch moving forward.

The people working there are extremely rude. I have been there twice and faced the same issue. They just don’t listen to you. This one time I went there 15 minutes before closing time and he refused to help me. The guy said he can’t accommodate according to my need as he has to close now when he still had 15 minutes left on shift. I explained to him that I have a newborn at home and this is the only time I could find someone to watch her but he said that’s not my problem and asked me to come tomorrow. Customer service is zero. Not recommended. They will turn your happiest day of buying a car or transferring a car to this sad and pathetic day.

I wish to give negative rating. The lady working there is really rude and don’t want to help if she is not gonna make money out of that transaction.She was racist and passed some stereotype statements. I was shocked to hear that she literally said “I’m still gonna help you though we don’t earn anything out of it so this might take long as I have other customers as well” However, I was the first in line. I have visited them before and there is a man working, he is nice and helpful but that other lady don’t know how to talk with people.

Paul employee was extremely useless, doesn’t wanna register my veicule because the pen that I use in the document was colour light blue not dark blue. Went to other insurance company and no problem at all. Don’t go waste your time in this place!

One of the worst autoplan insurance places I’ve ever been to. The transfer forms I picked up had writing on it from previous unknown persons. I placed it back in the tray to take a fresh one and I was immediately yelled at by one of the office managers to not place garbage in the tray. I tried to explain it wasn’t my garbage and that it was already there and taken by mistake. He continued to yell and berate me in front of employees and other customers trying to humiliate me in a very condescending manner accusing me of dumping garbage documents on their counter. I quickly disengaged and walked away and he aggressively followed me and was hectoring me while I was trying to fill out a transfer form at another counter away from this place. What kind of place is this? Finally, I made my point very clear and he ended up walking away. No apologies or anything at all. Unnecessary and unwarranted harassment. Wow, hard to believe the craziness of a supposedly professional insurance agent and autoplan business. Should have looked at reviews before coming to this location. Avoid and don’t waste your time and peace of mind here if at all possible.

It’s a great experience. Shiv did a great job. He’s friendly and professional, and it’s a pleasure talking with him. If you are looking for insurance service from a human being not some poker face robot, it’s the place to go.

Shiv didnt know what he was doing and was not helpful. It was obvious he just didn't want to do the job.

Horrible customer service! The lady who works there doesn't even know the ICBC application policy and arguing that ICBC didn't tell them the new application way. I called ICBC customer service, and they said the broker should know about the new application ways. Also she has an unbelievable bad attitude. She put me on hold, saying that she has a customer in front of her. So does it mean who ever call in should not be treated as a normal cusotmer? Dont come to this broker. They are really unprofessional!

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and will keep telling you “I don’t care” if you don’t care maybe it’s time for you to resign how this guy even get that job?! Jeez!! Doesn’t listen to customers request and very argumentative. I will never comeback and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this place!
