The price they quoted me was great and they did the job in the amount of time they said it would take. The packers and movers were wonderful, efficient, and professional throughout. it is a top notch company and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Quoted $600 for 4 hrs.paid $150 deposit. Upon arrival required $706 despite deposit. Pointed this out at which point was told won’t be able to get everything in one trip so moving the larger heavy items first and “then see where we are at”. Upon their needing to make a second trip and bc a second trip required another $528 (distance to new residence 1.6km). Had no other option at that point - they know that and take advantage and exploit. Load and unload of both trips to the new residence with one minor bed assembly (extra $25 cost where they couldn’t locate one of the support posts after their disassembly so full re-assembly did not occur) was well under 3 hrs total.Total cost $1384. Completely ripped off.Further, owner/operator appeared annoyed with request to move the dresser drawers despite his telling me they didn’t need to be emptied at time of booking. Wanted to leave them behind for us to move on our own later along with number of other items they chose to leave behind at their discretion. Also seems more concerned about recent email confirmation of the etransfer sent him than customer service.

My drivers communicated with me the whole day, when they got to my home, were very professional and kind. They washed their hands before touching my furniture, took it out of the boxes and hauled away packaging. Placement was great. I highly recommend! Thank you for getting my long awaited dream furniture to me in perfect condition!

I am not a costumer as of yet I fully intend to be next time I move. My experience with this company is fully based on a good deed. I'm a new driver and unfortunately put myself in a situation that I could have made worse not to mention the vehicle I was driving was not my own .I was a wreck and to scared to move the car. That's when I met del and John. Del was so friendly and didn't hesitate to help me he was so reassuring and took the time to explain what to do if there ever was another issue.i was so worked up while del was helping me John sat with me and calmed me down not to mention ladies John's not at all hard to look at . They both handled the problem so well for me im more then greatful don't hesitate to call them for whatever your moving needs I'm more than confident that they will get the job done and go above and beyond for there customers thanks again guys

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the delivery personnel from Niagara Moving Company St Catharines. Despite the weight and size of the item being delivered, they took great care and attention to ensure it was safely offloaded and brought into my home. Their expertise and skill were evident and greatly appreciated.

Niagara Moving Company did my junk removal today , they emptied my mothers house and made all our junk disappear , they are so fast! I was happy with their service and felt the pricing was very fair with our budget.Thank you

I called Niagara Moving at the last minute this morning, I was surprised at the response. They said no problem we are here to help you at this time. We will Be there in a few hours.They showed up when he said, they were professional, went the extra mile and very respectful, it was a pleasure I moved on the first and had to fire myMovers before I moved because they jacked the price. I ended up moving everything basically myself and thus why so much was in the garage.I know in the future all my moving needs small or large are with this company and any of my business acquaintances and friends who ask about moving will be referred to Niagara Moving.Great work guys and thanks for saving my back, a great birthday present.SincerelyDavid Watson
