EF International Language Campus

Is very nice place!! Good to learn English in there.Everyone is so nice.

The language course was a lot of fun, got new friends and experienced a lot of wonderful things. Campus was nice, classrooms good too! Would recommend.

I attended the school for 4 weeks now. However, I wasn't satisfied. After 4 weeks I have the feeling that I didn't spend these 2'500 francs for anything. I have booked an intensive course and have no effect on a school basis. I expanded my vocabulary in my free time and not at school. I now know more about the teacher's private life than anything else.The placement test (consisting of reading and listening comprehension) brought me to a very high level. The problem, however, was that I hadn't had any English lessons for 4 years and therefore didn't have a chance with the various tenses and rules grammar. Most teachers don't have time for you.The manager came into the class during class and told the teacher to take it easy today as most of them are only there for holidays. Absolute shame! I paid for everything myself when I was 19 to improve my English.I also had problems with my accommodation. It was a week before I could switch. They chose the most complicated solution for it.But I think it's just EF Vancouver that has such problems as I've heard mostly good things from the others.

If you can go to a different language school I recommend you doing so. They don’t give you all the information you need before you go. They also lie about how you’ll live with the host families. If I knew everything I do now I wouldn’t have come here.

I had a great experience with EF Vancouver. The interior of the school building is modern and the classrooms are a good size for middle sized classes. The teachers I had classes with did a great job to make every class interesting. We discussed topics from art to Canadian history and there even was a sport class which played volleyball on the beach. I made a lot of international friends, who I will meet again soon. Definitely the best month of the year for me.

If you have money and you want to spend it on EF so that you can live 2 hours away from school with Indians and not learn the language - welcome in EF. Teachers turn on the film and leave for the whole lesson, absolutely unqualified, I generally keep quiet about the attitude at school. everything is fine until you pay full deposit. after you pay for school, no one cares about you.

The staff here really made me feel welcome when I stayed at EF Vancouver. Shoutout to James, Hugh, Ricardo, Tianna, Daniela, Bruna, Natsumi and all the other amazing people who work here. You guys are awesome!
