Bought vehicle few months ago had issues since then, some minor issues and now engine issue but chris and brad(service manager) helped me in every way to make my life easy, really thankful to them . But meeting general manager is really hard after you bought ur vehicle no sales rep. let you meet general manager if you have any issues. I know GM can be busy but saying she will tell same thing as sales person is saying to me is not a good answer. Hope it can change in future

I just bought a new Jeep through Fort City and the team there were awesome. It was the first time I ever ordered one from factory and they kept me apprised all the way through the process. Thanks again for my awesome new vehicle!

My wife and I recently traded in our car for a new one and dealt with Chris. I am very pleased with how easy he made the process for us and his professionalism was the best I’ve ever seen. 10 out of 10.

Love going in to see Fort City Chrysler staff. They always go above and beyond to help me out. My tire change felt a little pricey but they also did a full check of my vehicle and honestly it’s only about $15 more then other places for better quality and treatment. One other staff member tried his very best looked for a paint pen for my car since there are a couple dings on it. They have an awesome family environment there and make you feel like that before you leave.

Bought a used RAM in November, and I would NOT recommend this dealer. There were a couple things when we first picked up the truck but it’s a used vehicle, so we moved on. But recently I had to take the truck into the dealer for a service light. (Inland) They had found a piece of haywire holding a connection together. Inland was able to just clean the clip and plug it in, but out of my pocket. If this dealer will do an inspection and give this a “all clear” what else is my truck missing? Or what other shortcuts did they take? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Fort City Chrysler was a breath of fresh air compared to the experience I'd had over the previous three days with other less reputable car dealers. They told me exactly what they could do for me and then they followed through and did it. They helped me choose a new truck based on my specific needs and budget rather than trying to foist a truck THEY wanted to sell on me and then trying to convince me to like it. These folks truly enjoy making their clients happy. For my next vehicle I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Great bunch of people working here I needed a key fob reprogrammed for my truck and even though they were super busy they were able to accommodate me and they have know idea how much that meant to me that day. I will 100% be giving them my business from now on and any truck I buy will be through them !!!! Thanks guys your the best

Recently got some work done on my vehicle and found the service department to be fantastic to deal with. They fixed some recall work and repaired another minor issue quickly. Paige was particularly fantastic to deal with. I really appreciated her keeping in contact with me after I mentioned I needed my truck back at a certain time and she sent texts to keep my updated and made sure I had a lift. She was also super friendly and explained everything very well including my next service intervals.Definitely need to shout out Ty in sales as well, myself and my husband both had a fantastic experience purchasing the truck a couple of years ago and it's been an awesome vehicle every since. The way he was able to process our two trade ins and get us driving away in a new ride so fast was incredible.
