Called around and after reading the great reviews I brought my car in to see about fixing my air conditioning. Very professional and knowledgeable along with great price. Definitely will be bringing my cars here for any needed work and definitely recommend!!

I went Alpha Auto Windsor for Tire change. I called the owner Daljit (Dal) and got a same day appointment for 3 PM. Unfortunately, I could not make it on time and was late. He was fully packed but was able to squeeze me in when the next customer was delayed as well.The shop is located on Wyandotte street, with ample parking with a safe entrance from a side street.The reception area is small but cozy. No fancy stuff but there were some magazines for the customers while waiting for the service to be done. The reception directly opens into the garage.Inside the garage, he has four hoists and four doors to let customers in and out. The workshop was well organized, neat and well lit. My technicians (Lenny and Dany) were very knowledgeable and friendly as well.After the work was done and I settled the bill, I chatted with Mr. Dal. He is in this business from 1996 and knows his customers well. He places more importance on customers than on the money. I believe that 100% because, once earlier, I went to him for assistance for stiff steering wheel. He diagnosed the issue and topped up the steering fluid free of cost .His motto of customer above all seems to be working pretty well. He has no shortage of repeat customers!Unlike other garages, there was no upselling or to add unnecessary 'fixes'. I usually approach visits to the car mechanic with anxiety but in this case, the entire experience at Alpha Auto was pretty pleasant.Overall, I will recommend Dal and his Alpha Auto to anyone who is looking for a reliable, friendly and best value for our hard earned money in Windsor!

I had to write a review for these guys, I am so impressed. You always feel a little uncertain when you are trying to find a new mechanic because you don't know how trustworthy they are. I have had a couple of experiences with this shop now that have demonstrated to me very clearly that the folks here are of the highest integrity and honesty. I dropped my car off to get the struts and air conditioning fixed. They could have charged me around $1500 for the work I assumed I needed and I wouldn't have batted an eye. Instead, they patiently walked me through why I don't need to spend the money and returned my car free of charge, even though they surely put in time diagnosing what I had thought were issues. Customer for life.

I've been taking my cars to Dal for many years. He has always worked with me to come up with creative solutions to problems even the dealership didn't know how to fix.

I been there 3 times for Oil and Plugs change, Dal paji is very experienced and humble. He always answer all doubts and questions. Always in and out in less then 25 mins.Prices are reasonable.Highly Recommend.

Honest and friendly guys here. Dal and Youseff are running the show. Great service and price and always tell you honestly what your car needs, will never make you do repairs you don't need. Great service, very friendly. Had to get my checked out cause it had a slow leak. Leak was detected, patched and filled back up within 15 minutes.
