Very disappointing experience. Will not recommend to anyone. The stylist was literally snatching my hair so hard while blow drying and straightening that it felt like that they would come off. And they told us 45$ before starting the service and in the middle of hairwash, they charged 60$ & told us to leave straightening or blowdry to still pay 45/50$.

I dyed my hair for the first time with Suzan back in June of this year. My hair still look and feel healthy. I still get many compliments on my hair by strangers. And lastly Suzan was a very lovely stylist she made sure I was comfortable and that I approved of every step before she took it. She’s very good with updos as well. I really recommend her for balayage, highlights, haircuts and updos.

My hair dresser was Suzan. She was so friendly and professionally gave my hair a total new look. I loved the result and the price was worth her work. She loves her job so much that she put so much effort doing my hair colouring and styling. If anyone wants to go to natural solution in Guelph I definitely recommend making an appointment with hairdresser Suzan. She is GORGEOUS.

Love love love my hair!! Just got it done - got some highlights, money piece and currently obsessed, my hair has never looked this good! Shoutout to my girl Megan from Calgary and Simone (please forgive me if I got the names/spelling wrong)! You guys made this experience so eventful, this is the most fun I’ve ever had getting my hair done. Highly recommend!!

Got a haircut here, she didn’t wash my hair and didn’t really seem like she cared about cutting my hair. Maybe it’s because i’m young so she thought I wouldn’t care… Regardless she spent 20 minutes max cutting my hair and I hate the way it looks. Also the cut was 34$ so yeah I wouldn’t recommend

I love how my hair turned out. Suzan was my hairstylist. She is a great hairdresser I loved her work. The salon is really clean and have great customer service. I recommend anyone who wants to get their hair changed either colouring, cutting, and more.
