I have sent 5 iPhone 5s to this store for change of battery and screens. Excellent service. Got it done within 30 min. And all my phones have been working great! The price is unbeatable in the city. Why pay more for the same thing. I went to other stores and they charge nearly double the price. Highly recommended!

Wow.. Great service from start to finish!I phoned around looking for quotes to replace the cracked screen on my phone and also the availability of having a screen in stock. Haitain quoted me the best price out of all there competitors and it took only one hour to install. When I went to pick up the phone they charged me less than the original quote because they just had to replace the glass. I would have never known the difference .This company is honest and fair and I highly recommend them!

Here you'll find good service at a very reasonable price. They get to the point, they get the job done, and it doesn't break the wallet. On top of that, they're willing to provide a loaner in cases requirig longer repairs which is a very useful feature (at least they did for me).Recommended.

Was open late on Sunday, fixed my stuff in 24 hours as promised. Was reasonable on cost. Super nice guy, would recommend.

My S3 lcd screen got fixed by 52 st NE Calgary guys. Since then my phone gets restart by itself. When I take it back, they say now its motherboard problem. On of a sudden I got motherboard problem. I won't recommend this guys anymore for any small job even.Don't go to these guys. They just want your money, no point of warranty as they gonna blame on another part they didn't fix.

I went to the centre street location to get 2 phones repaired:1 iPhone 5 needed a new screen.1 iPhone 4 needed a new front and back.When they were done NEITHER phone worked. I went BACK across town, and waited for them to repair the phones again. When they were done, I left. Everything appeared to be fine.The iPhone 5 worked, however the back on the iPhone 4 fell as I was using it. I the went back a third time to have them repair the phone. By this time, I was quite upset.The man who worked on the phone said there were no screws in the phone, so he didn't secure it. He says he did this time, and simply shrugged.When asked if there was anything he would do to compensate for lost time, he simply mumbled and shrugged his shoulders.I have sent referrals to this shop before, but I won't. Next time I'll go to another business. If you've seen their countless ads on Kijiji, do yourself a favour and stay far away.

Was in the store with Ethan today, none of what the reply said happened, Ethan did not tell customers to not shop there, we went there to try and reason with them. The guy that was working laughed in our face, and told us the manager was in China, we politely asked for an email to contact him and the worker gave us a fake email! That is not okay we understand the worker can’t do much but then he gave us a fake email, he is hiding from the problem and creating lies on the reviews, I would not recommend you go to this place to fix your device, spend a little extra and get your phone fixed the right way.

Fixed my iPhone 6 battery for only $30 (apple is $100) offered to charge it for me while I walked around, was super polite and trustworthy. My battery is now staying charged all day! I highly recommend them for battery replacement! You might need to call and make sure they have your battery before you head down there.

HORRIBLE customer service. They need to learn a thing or two about the proper way to run a business. They state they offer a 3 month warranty but when a customer comes in because of a problem with a repair THEY did there's nothing they can do to help us. NO UPPER MANAGEMENT TO TALK TO because they are all out of country? no one to really relay a complaint to so that we can get situations like this resolved!Not good business practice to lie on a customers review to make your company look better.
