The gentleman repaired the zippers on a pair on knee high leather boots and put a rush on it when I needed them for an important function the following day. He did a magnificent job, I couldn't be more happy and grateful. Thank you!

This is honestly the best place in the city to get your shoes fixed. The owner is probably the nicest guy I've ever met, so helpful and personal. I brought in my Magnanni leather sneakers with 2 huge stains on them and they now look like I just bought them. They are my favorite shoes and he brought them back. Couldn't be happier with the service and result so you have to go here. Best place, hands down.

amazing service! Very friendly and the best price when I asked around for quotes! I asked to re-wrap the heel on a pair of boots and also to fix my other boot heel soles which were scuffed/worn down. I really liked these boots and they cannot be repurchased so I was very grateful to have them fixed! They look brand new. Thank you! Will definitely come back again for shoe repairs.

I got rubber soles put on my leather soled boots to make them more durable in wet weather. Really high quality work, great price, and super fast! I've been floating around cobblers but I've now found my go-to place!

This was my first visit to Valentina's Shoe Repair and I can only say that the many 5 star reviews are all warranted. I want to give 6 stars! Alex is friendly, takes pride in his work, explains his decisions regarding the material and process applied eloquently and with confidence. And all that for 20% less than the usual charge anywhere else I have had my shoes repaired over the years. I'll definitely will return - with friends in tow.Added bonus: my boots were polished to perfection :)

I needed a pair of shoes resoled. I did some investigation and decided to try Valentina based in the reviews. The 5 star reviews are completely warranted. Alex was friendly and helpful. He made sure the job was done before his own vacation when I wasn't even in a rush. The craftsmanship is phenomenal since he hand stitched the soles. The price was extremely fair. Thank you Alex.

Alex is a great craftsman and true professional at what he does. I have had him repair my motorcycle leathers as well as do various work on high end leather shoes. Such amazing, friendly service! I will definitely be returning here for any more shoe repair needs in the future. The store owner was so friendly and helpful in explaining how he could help with my shoes. The repair was fast and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
