Flo Optical

Flo Optical was recommended by a friend, so I went there to try this clinic. I must say their service is excellent! They made sure the grades of my prescription are correct, so they double checked my eyesight with their in house Optometrist at no extra cost. It is true that they look after their clients well and do not rush to finish up with you. They know how to look after and satisfy their clients. I went back for adjustment in a week and Tanya made sure that I can actually read with the monitor distance I provided her. She even re assessed my prescription! They are also competitive with the prices, which are much cheaper than other optical stores. Compared to the size of other optical stores in the mall, it's the quality of service Flo Optical delivers to their clients that matters, which is priceless!

Amazing place to get trendy and new glasses. both Tara and Tanya are awesome at helping you pick the right ones for your face and style. I was really impressed with their service and quality of work. Everything comes back from their lab quick and top notch. They have a great selection of sunglasses as well. Nice to see a family business like this do so well. Prices were very reasonable considering how nice all the glasses are.

I’ve bought glasses here multiple times before and am always happy with the service and product selection. If they don't already have the frames you want, they’ll order the frame you want online and then replace the lenses with prescription lenses. You can even bring your own frames and they can create prescription lenses for you.

Always a great experience at Flo optical. I highly support family run businesses and always receive fantastic customer service from them. Previously, I shopped at bigger stores for glasses and the sincerity in services pale in comparison. The shop may be smaller, but they can always orders styles of your liking. Will definitely be back.

Marissa and I, Anastasia, love Flo Optical. The first time I went to First Markham Place, I bought one pair of glasses from each store around Flo Optical because I had a break-in and all my glasses got stolen overnight. Tanya, Tara and Josephine are the best with helping me get the most suitable pair for my long face. I have been wearing only glasses from Flo Optical, a long face dressed with a smile as in my photo.

The service at Flo is extremely friendly and professional. They are very attentive and patient each time we visit and we can depend on them for honest feedback and opinions on their fashionable eyewear. All our purchases have been great experiences and Flo is definitely a great optical store for the entire family.

Great customer service! Also if the pair of glasses/sunglasses are not in stock, they can order it online for you so do some research before coming into the store! We placed our order and got the glasses within 4 days - so the wait isn’t long either.

I just picked up a pair of glasses as well as clip on sunglasses and I love them! Yibi was extremely helpful and patient as I was trying to figure out the most cost saving sunglasses (I spent almost 30-40 min) trying to find the right pair. He was very patient and kind! The owner was also very friendly and warm to me as well.It definitely has a a warmer and friendlier vibe than ICON Optical (almost diagonal to Flo Optical) which I previously got my glasses from. Was visiting a cousin in Markham all the way from Montreal. Passed by Flo to take a look. There were so many choices and Tania was so helpful and price was very good, we ended up buying a pair. Came back to Markham from Montreal a week or so later to pick them up and again staff was so nice and helpful, ended up buying another pair of sunglasses. Great choices, great prices and great staff. We will be going back, from Montreal for sure...Good job guys
