Radius Security Vancouver

Radius Security is an excellent Residential Security provider. We have been long time customers and have always received excellent customer service. The technician that installed our system was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.It is assuring to know that our home is secured and monitored when we are at home or away. I would highly recommend Radius Security to anyone who needs a home security system.

We use Radius Security on all our New Construction Projects and Highly recommend them for their service, installation and security. They have exceeded our expectations and their security system has made numerous apprehensions with a follow up email of the apprehension, video and police report. 5 stars - highly recommend.

Our experience after having Radius Security install their camera system has been excellent. Within weeks our facility was targeted by a prowler and the camera system worked effectively in order for the RCMP to catch the individual. Since then no further instances have been encountered and our facility has now tied in our fire service as well as building security. Was exactly what we were looking for.

I had experienced working with Radius Security on a commercial project and noted their high level of customer care. After that experience we immediately had Radius take over our residential account and have been extremely satisfied. Has a history of double and triple billing for each billing period. They ripped my company off $250 and tried to extort me to continue this dishonest billing. I switched to Telus and have been saving 50% on my bills and since changing companies have gotten better/ more honest service/ billing. I highly recommend to not do business with this company who has a industry reputation for being dishonest.I read your response and it’s disappointing to me that your company repeatedly ripped me off and tried to rip me off the entire time we did business together and people need to be warned so they are not treated similarly. Your company owes me $250 and has repeatedly refused to pay. I’m happy to remove this post when you pay me the money you owe me. In the meantime customers should know Telus offers a service that’s half the cost of yours, they only send one bill per billing period and they don’t play dishonest games with their customers. Their equipment charge can be negotiated to half. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new service or looking to save money to switch to them. Also I provided documentation that I had paid for billing period you double and triple billed for in emails dated from November to January. You’re the liars.I posted a photo of the card you’re employee sent after acknowledging that you’re engaged in double and triple billing practices on paid invoices. This was a brief reprieve and after the dishonesty with your business continued. I look forward to receiving the $250 your company owes me and as long as my post is still here - it means I haven’t been paid and your company thinks it’s ok to be dishonest and treat its customers poorly / with dishonesty & with little to no respect. As long as you treat people like this- I will continue to warn them to do business elsewhere

We have experienced virtually no issues with property loss since installing the Radius system, it is so effective we have installed it at our other facility which has saved us thousands in loss and damage. The monitoring staff works well with the RCMP which had led to several apprehensions. The service is excellent and they are always testing the system to make sure it running with optimal performance and is upgraded when system improvements are developed.

The people at Radius have been extremely easy to work with. When we moved into our new dealership they were really helpful with the transition.Ive had a few people recommend Radius to us in the past, so we decided to give them a shot and we are really happy we did.

Radius has been excellent to deal with. Our account may not be the biggest in their portfolio but we are dealt with as if we were a multiple million dollar global company. I highly recommend them.
