Excellent Experience, I had called multiple dealers looking for a new Jeep Wrangler 4XE for my wife and got the normal run around and no stock even though it was listed on there site, one dealer was even trying to charge me an extra $4k allocation fee. Not at Exeter as soon as Justin answered the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience, and to no surprise it was, Mark the Business Manager was great to deal with as well. When we arrived after our 4.5 hour drive which was totally worth it, we were greeted by all three employees working that Saturday, Justin, Mark and Mike and to our new Jeep shining in the parking lot. Justin went over all the features with my wife making her feel comfortable with her first Hybrid vehicle. Justin was always there to answer any questions and help, also they had the Jeep ready for us to pick up in a few days even with some accessories having to be ordered. If you want to be treated great and not taken advantage of give these guys a call, you can't go wrong. We will definitely go back!Ken

We ventured out to check out the new Durango and reached out to Brent who was recommended to us, by a mutual friend. He was very pleasant to deal with, answered any questions I had and after a test drive, he introduced me to Mark who crunched the numbers.A deal was hatched and in 24 hours, we drove off the lot with a brand new 2022 Durango GT with the biggest grins known to mankind!Excellent service and a hello from the owner, Mike was nice to experience ( and crazy that he sold my son and DIL the same vehicle the week prior).We have been truck owners for the past number of years and now we keep asking ourselves why!Great clean and friendly dealership and would highly recommend. I brought my truck in for an AC issue in the beginning of March. Usually I find dealerships a hit or miss in terms of their parts service. However thanks to Tyler McCutheon who works at the front desk as an advisor, he went above and beyond to assist me with my trucks AC issues. Not only was he honest and thorough but got my AC fixed well before summertime.What a valuable and honest employee!

This is my first Chrysler product in over 20 years. I was very impressed with Stephen and his whole team. They took an interest in me and finding me exactly what I was looking for. I am totally satisfied to date and look forward to a forming a strong relationship as we move forward.

I’m not happy with their service after I purchased my 80K plus vehicle from them. Three oils changes each time dripped in my garage and driveway, always deflected warranty claims, promising at purchase more than one complimentary oil change and only gave one.All this has left a bad taste so I would not recommend them. This is my third Chrysler vehicle and I’ve had much better service from others.

I know the staff and owners and they did an excellent job making sure I was able to transition effectively. I recommend considering this dealership for any future vehicle purchase

Excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Exeter Chrysler. Justin did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle, it's warranty and some great features. This was the newest vehicle we'd ever purchased and the research Justin did on the amazing warranty became a huge selling feature for us. The price was amazing and the whole process was smooth and efficient.

I came here looking to trade my suv and get what I always wanted; a truck. Justin was so incredibly helpful he understood me completely with what I needed. Mark was amazing he got everything done in 3 days. I got into the truck a week later owning it. They were absolute rockstars!
